“Gay of the Year” seems rather an odd thing to name an award to me for some reason haha.

But I’d love to see a video of this.

  7. Well that’s certainly an example of reaching out to all types of people that other royal families might do well to emulate!

REHAN-you hit the mark ! I have had the pleasure to talk with ! The Norwegian Queen, Sonja.( A meeting in a church in Oslo- a few years ago ) And I did mention that I was gay. The Queen showed an interesting and positive attitude, with no signs at all of being “anti-gay” or meaning we are unwanted in any connection in society. Of course she retained a neutral and formal “behaviour” (including verbal answers and comments –) But – IMPORTANT : The Royal Families in Scandinavia appear to be VERY DIFFERENT from The British Royal Family when it comes to matters related to gay rights.
