RIck Perry can think?! Well you live and learn.

  3. That’s why he will never be president and unlikely to be a presidential candidate again.

Someone really needs to point out to Rick Perry that conservative values and cretinous prejudice aren’t the same thing.

  5. what a tiny-minded person. why is it politicians concern themselves with things they should not? why have an opinion on this private organisation is funded?! other than to scorre cheap media points. tiny-mind, tiny! also whomsoever in the boy scouts took the decision not to award ryan andresen his eagle scout badge deserves everything coming his way… it is obvious to other human beings that the victim of your decision is only a kid, you assholes! 18 years old – way to put your stupid beliefs before the spirit of your institution. cretins! plural… allegedly (i’m more drunk than i thought i was! but this whole topic stabs, i was the only gay kid at the scouts, and it made no difference to anyone in my troop that i was gay!) say what you want about the scouts, but it taught me so many good things. it is a good institution for young adults to grow confidence etc, but swearing to queen and god is both archaic and crass. my advice would be to modernise quickly, you fossils!)

  6. Just have to post this then :D :

    Rick Perry is a joke.

  7. The closet is a very dark place and causes those who reside there to be bitter and hateful.

He’ll be added to this video of shame in the near future:

    1. This video is interesting! it’s producers deserve to be commended, It provides tangible proof these people deserve to be on a wall of shame. The people by their actions proved themselves to be bigots, liars and hypocrites, or pedophiles.

The video gave us the facts and the history or each person, unfortunately one reference made repeatedly in the video is these people turned out to be gay! a reference which in this case because of their character or conduct associating or connecting them to LGBT became an unusually distressing reference! perhaps because any connection or association to our community is an embarrassment we don’t deserve.

Amongst all my gay friends, even my straight friends I doubt I would find any one who would feel comfortable and most certainly wouldn’t knowingly associate with. They definitely wouldn’t call any of these people a friend.

It’s time to let it go Rick, you’re a dinosaur. FYI – – the social network for gay scouts, is providing a supportive environment for gay scouts, leaders and supporters.

  9. Well said Rick.Watch you don’t get any death threats though as the perverted mafia threaten anyone who does not agree with their sick agenda.Thank God there’s a high incidence of AIDS & other filth driven diseases among them.No surprise there.

    1. Forgotten to take your medication?

Poor pathetic closeted self-loather. Your alias is quite revealing, hating the thing you crave the most.

  10. Remember this guy, folks? The GOP fielded an asset-stripper who called 47 percent of his fellow citizens free-loaders and who believes Jesus is a New Jersey resident in the presidential election as a SANE alternative to him.

  11. The man is blind. He cannot see that sexuality is irrelevant. The worst thing the human being did was invent words to differentiate between sexual orientations.

Perry and his type completely miss the point, Living with other people shouldn’t be about sex but about respect. If he had any respect he would never think such things.

What do you expect from a dumb and stupid bigoted Republican Ultra-Conservative corrupt Governor from Texas!

He is just George Bushes lost child!

I’m not sure if the BSA is affiliated in any way with the original British scout movement, but if it is, perhaps it should disassociate itself, cut off all ties with it.

    1. BSA is a separate organisation from the (UK) Scout Association but is affiliated with the World Organization of the Scouting Movement (which co-ordinates World Jamborees etc.)

The UK Scout Association is fully inclusive (and also welcomes female members). It would be nice if Pink News could give them due credit when discussing the disgraceful discrimination practised by Boy Scouts of America.

  14. Rick Perry’s protestations notwithstanding, he’s rumored to have had some kind of “up close & personal” relationship with gays. Historically he has had an abnormal interest in toilets (the exploding kind) and was a “macho” cheerleader in college:

  15. I read a book last year by a person in TX who is very active in gay causes that point to him having lots of gay affairs, one of which was with a staff member that almost lost him his marriage. From the book it sounds like he pulled back on the gay meetings. All this is rumor, but TX is full of rumors about his trists with men.

  16. Rick, please run for President again. Between you and the other Rick, maybe one of you will get the nomination. That would guarantee that not only would whoever the Democrat running would win (GO HILLARY!), but that she/he would sweep into power in both houses of Congress. So, pretty please Rick. Run!

  17. I live in Texas and there are MANY stories about Rick Perry sleeping with different men. There have even been books written on the subject that you can find on Amazon… One of these days he will eventually get into a situation where people will find out the truth about him…

  18. Sorry for the OT post but just a technical comment before commenting on the news: this article had too much links to other articles and little text of its own, it gets a bit annoying to read, at least for me.
