    I guess that means that 50% of them have suppressed homosexual desires! Straight men who are comfortable with themselves and have nothing to hide don’t care about gay men being on their team.

When we finally see team sports like American football, and European soccer, join other sports in the Western world which have already succeeded in embracing diversity, and I think we are going to see it in a few years, then Brendon Ayanbadejo should be honoured with the recognition of the huge role he is playing in making this come about. My admiration for his efforts has no bounds.

  3. One thing that is never acknowledged in these articles about Brendon, is that not only is he clearly a nice guy he is also damn fine. This error needs to be addressed.

    1. And start treating men like pieces of meat, much like ‘lads mags’ treatment of women? Brilliant idea.
