    I hope that both Venice and Milan will be an example to the rest of Italy which is dragging it’s feet over LGBT issues as well as to it’s (ex) partners abroad.

  7. I don’t think this is the same as ending the ‘twinning’ arrangement that Manchester has with St Petersburg & London has with Moscow, but ending such connections would seem to be appropriate, presumably petitioning Manchester Council & Boris Johnson being a good start.
