I don’t know why they’re bothered. I expect the BSA to vote to continue the ban anyway. The top tier is pretty much dominated by religious groups, so I reckon this vote is a sop thrown out to try and appease all the financial backers who are leaving in droves.
I’ll be happy to be wrong, but really don’t have much hope for change.
