Awwwww :) That’s great. If only others could be reasonable and measured in their responses. I had hoped the CofE would make such a statement, but they again allowed a homophobic bigot to write a vile and nasty press release.

    Thank you Dr Morgan. :)

  3. And “one day” we may give you praise for that. Well, not really because BELATEDLY recognising equal humanity isn’t praiseworthy, it’s pretty pathetic.

But hey, here’s a cookie for deciding that one day, maybe, just possible, in the future, kinda, you will accept that we’re full human beings due respect. Until then I will return the contempt they show me

  4. They complain that there isn’t sufficient protection to prevent them from exercising their bigotry. So the government includes a clause that gives them what they want and then they complain about that. It’s obvious that this is not about protecting them, but continuing to deny us our rights because of their homophobia. Dr Morgan wants to have his cake and eat it. Pathetic.

Ideally they want to ban same sex marriage altogether, but they recognise that weddings are very profitable for the church and if they can’t stop it then they want a cut of all that lovely money.

They hate the gays, but they love money more.

So why doesn’t Morgan get it over with, declare support for equal marriage and participate once the legislation is written into law? What’s he afraid of?

  7. One day you’ll have plenty of time to get the legislation on the books needed to allow you to conduct SSM’s.

In the meantime stfu and enjoy your quadruple lock.

  8. Seems to me the time to jump on board is now. Once the boat has left the dock .It will be very difficult indeed to try to establish some sort of future credibility on this issue. And your future demise will already be written into the history books. As you and your church will no longer be relevent to the future.
