It must be the fault of those Catholics.

Sex and love doesn’t happen in polite society. Death, shootings, violence and explosions do.

Now watch and see if China respects the copyright for the DVD release!

What!?!?! There’s a way to have love, sex and companionship while avoiding pregnancy?? AND, you can share the same clothes? Get outta here!
Being poor imitators, they will somehow bungle it.

  4. So… they cut out both gay AND straight sex scenes, i.e. out simply ‘they cut out the sex scenes’.

So there is nothing homophobic about this, unless it is also heterophobic. So what was the point of the headline? It’s misleading.

Let’s keep focussed on real oppression of LGBT people – of which there is an abundanc ein the world – not present non-examples which just give ammunition to those who say gay people are always just looking to be offended. I’m not offended at all that the sex scenes were cut, though I quite accept the filmmakers have good reason to be annoyed about their film being cut up. But this is NOT about homophobia.

    Who cares?
The Chinese pirate everything anyway, so it’s not like anybody will even notice.
