  1. A man who gets his insight on human sexuality from the camp fire tales by ancient and savage tribesmen.

    In short – clueless cretin.

But keep blowing your dogwhistle, Fischer, suck in those donations and get paid those big fees. Hate for hire. Nothing more.

    1. Christopher in Canada 24 Jan 2013, 5:50pm

      A “clueless cretin” with power.

I’m reminded of the play and film “Nuts”.

    2. Someone should educate this ignorant ludicrous guy. He needs someone to stand up to him and publicly uncover his ignorance so people know the kind of “human” he is: repulsive.

    3. I do not consider this man ignorant – I consider him self-interested. Does he not make his living from peddling this “information”? Who knows whether he believes what he says – in truth, I doubt whether he cares.

  2. That There Other David 24 Jan 2013, 5:24pm

Fischer probably thinks it should be illegal for a black guy to be President anyway. Highly unlikely anyone outside of his core base will care what he says.

  3. This guy really is an authority!

  4. No-one is born Christian, so it’s ludicrous for them to expect equal rights.

    1. Lieberdavid 24 Jan 2013, 11:55pm

      I love it!

  5. Men, men, men – are gay men all he can think about? Talk about obsessed!

And how ironic that he accuses Obama of being ignorant and then goes on to say the most idiotic things imaginably.

The AFA is listed as a hate group – but I’d also list them as educationally-challenged. Living in their own little hate-filled bubble spouting bile left, right and centre, and never learning anything new because they reinforce their own hate and ignorance.

    1. Oh, and it hardly needs saying that Fischer doesn’t believe in evolution either!

      1. Joseph oz 8 Feb 2013, 2:56pm

Of course, Iris… he doesn’t believe in evolution… he’s still on the first rung of the evolutionary ladder waiting to climb out of the slime and darkness!

    2. Robert in S. Kensington 24 Jan 2013, 6:38pm

I wish we had an offiicial hate group list in the UK. Imagine the frenzy that would ensue if such a thing were to happen. UKIP, BNP, EDL and CI, C4M among others would be spitting blood. The CoE and RC would be the first to denounce just such a list for fear of being included.

      1. Let’s start one ….. :)
They’d have to apologise for every harmful, hurtful word ever uttered by their organisation before we’d even consider removing them from the list. Couldn’t Stonewall organise it? Mind you, the CofE went mad at them for being called ‘bigots’. They’d have apoplexy at being on a list of Hate Organisations :)

    3. Robert in S. Kensington 24 Jan 2013, 6:43pm

Yes Iris, not just obessing about men but about our sex lives and genitalia to the exclusion of everything else. Not even secure, well adjusted straight people are bothered, least of all straight men unless you happen to be a religious nutter like Fisher and of course, all those catholic and evangelical clergy.

      1. It seems they can only think of LGBT people in relation to sex. That suggests they’ve got a big problem. What kind of human being only sees another in terms of what they do in bed? It’s sociopathic and offensive.

        1. I’ll tell you what type, Iris. Someone with VERY serious doubts about their own sexuality. People who are secure in their sexuality could not give a monkeys about what people get up to in their bedroom. But someone with their own ‘issues’ has to project that self-hatred outwards. My motto has always been, “Show me a homophobe, I’ll show you a closet gay”.

  6. Poor man is insane!

  7. bobbleobble 24 Jan 2013, 5:35pm

Actually the Supreme Court of the US specifically said that there is a constitutional right to sodomy or whatever you want to call it. All anti-sodomy laws in the US were struck down by the Supreme Court around 10 years ago.

Reading the drivel from Fischer I’m reminded of that old saying, “Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt.”

    1. “Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt.”….Better for him perhaps, but where then would be the fun for the rest of us?….Let him howl at the moon as loudly as he likes – the best way to ruin someone is not by force but by ridicule…..This buffoon doesn’t need outside help in that respect:-)

  8. Nobody is born a bigoted old god botherer, you silly old fart!

    1. Jock S. Trap 25 Jan 2013, 10:36am

Indeed, bigotry and discrimination is taught.. a choice unlike being Gay or Lesbian.

      1. To those who claim, ‘being gay is a choice’ …. you must ask, ‘How on earth do you KNOW … unless, of course, you made one NOT to be gay?”

  9. Lynda Yilmaz 24 Jan 2013, 5:49pm

I’m getting sick of hearing about these idiots. I sometimes wonder why they get quoted rather than just ignored for the sick fools they are. On the other hand, I can’t help but think that people like him are doing a valuable job in speeding up the demise of Christianity and then I think there are people who buy into what he says and actually believe he is right and he should get the publicity to give other people the opportunity to vilify him. I despair sometimes at the lunacy of people.

  10. gulliveruk 24 Jan 2013, 5:49pm

I have him listed twice in my RSS feeds – once under Entertainment, the other under Allies !!! :D

    1. Lieberdavid 24 Jan 2013, 11:57pm

      Wonderful!

  11. No one is born gay, no gay gene has ever been found.

    1. On that basis, no-one has been born straight either:-)

    2. Christopher in Canada 24 Jan 2013, 5:53pm

Regardless, raised on a farm in backwoods Canada, with no sexual abuse of any kind while I was a youth, in spite of being surrounded by (supposed) heterosexuality with nary another homo in sight, HERE I AM.

    3. Christopher in Canada 24 Jan 2013, 5:54pm

And, no gay gene has been found… YET.

      1. James Savik 24 Jan 2013, 8:20pm

There have been new finding just this year published by National Institute for Mathematical and Biological Synthesis. (http://www.nimbios.org/)

The key is in epigenetics- how genes express themselves by switching themselves on and off.

    4. That There Other David 24 Jan 2013, 6:01pm

Doesn’t even need a gene, John. Pre-natal hormones, environment in the womb, the way the foetus develops, all sorts of things get in the way between sperm meets egg and the baby popping out.

I’m left-handed. I never chose to be left-handed. There is no left-handed gene either, but who would deny left-handed people exist naturally? It’s exactly the same for being gay, except the external manifestation of someone being gay is noticed later because puberty occurs later in life than beginning to use our hands. Either way, being gay is not a choice.

Unlike being a bigoted arsehole, like Fischer.

      1. Well said, David.

    5. Robert in S. Kensington 24 Jan 2013, 6:41pm

So tell us who has proof the straight gene exists then? We come from straight parents, how come we didn’t turn out straight? Most of my friends growing up were straight, how come I wasn’t influenced by them to become straight and how come they never became gay for associating with me, dumb arse?

    6. Jock S. Trap 25 Jan 2013, 10:35am

NO gene has been ever been found to prove people are straight. It’s all assumption that people are which sadly leads to the blatant discrimination you, yourself display!

  12. I suppose you have to believe in creation first to believe any of us were created.

    His first mistake.

So in a way he is right, we weren’t created gay, but only because we weren’t created at all.

Now on the other hand if he wants to discuss evolution, there are plenty of world class scientists who will explain why gay people probably evolved and show him some evidence for those scientific theories.

  13. Thanks in part to clowns like this who want religion to hold sway over the personal lives of others Obama was reelected. Perhaps we should thank Fischer and his ilk?

  14. davisonbob 24 Jan 2013, 6:54pm

Mr. Fischer allow me to help you with a few things.
    1. Sodomy laws were overturned by Lawrence v Texas in a SCOTUS decision.
    2. Pedophilia is AGAINST the law in every state of the union.
    3. Incest is AGAINST the law in every state of the union.
So, Mr. Fischer you are the one who is ignorant of the laws.
Where did you get the information on nobody is born gay? Please quote your citings so we can review their efficacy and scientific credibility. Because, Mr. Fischer there is more than enough evidence to prove homosexuality is genetic…not like your eye color..but more like your finger prints.
Also, please read religious material from 1000 BCE to 1400 AD concerning marriage equality and homosexuals. You will lose again.
Then…you really have to do some studying..ALL gays do not engage in sodomy…thank you.

    1. technically if you’re using BCE you should also use CE – consistency is quite the virtue, and it pisses off religious nuts no end.

  15. You can do 2 things with guys like this, ignore them, or fight them. I have reported his youtube vid, I doubt if they will be quick to do anything if they do anything at all. The point is they may have ‘free speech’ in the US but in most other parts of the world you have free speech but are not free to spread bigoted hate through media like youtube.

    1. Christian Altorfer 27 Jan 2013, 4:34pm

Indded in my homeland this speech was classfied as a hatred speech against a particular group of humans.

  16. Quite right NOBODY is created gay. We are born this way. However nobody is born Christian, Jewish, or any other faith but they are created and brought up that way and what f*** up that results in……what a cretin!

  17. James Savik 24 Jan 2013, 8:14pm

Of course this religious fanatic is gifted by God with that knowlege over the vast majority of doctors and scientists. Now if we could just get the crazy git to take his medication.

  18. Darren Theoret 24 Jan 2013, 8:21pm

Wait a minute…birth defect…abort gay babies? But Mr Fischer, I thought we weren’t BORN this way!

    1. I thought religious nutters were anti-abort. What a dilemma!

      1. Jock S. Trap 25 Jan 2013, 10:39am

Yes indeed, it shows up their complete discrimination, bigotry, lack of humanity and nothing else!

  19. Fischer: a break or tear in the skin of the anal canal. Anal fischers may be noticed by bright red anal bleeding on toilet paper, sometimes in the toilet. If acute they may cause pain after defecation.

  20. If the foetus you save is Gay….. Will you fight for his/her rights Mr Fischer ????

  21. gulliveruk 25 Jan 2013, 2:08am

Epigenetics is far beyond their comprehension. Genes can be identical but act differently based on, for example, non-inherited histone modification … but it is absolutely biological in foundation – way too much data now to dispute that.

    Science = great, Religion = sh$t. :)

    1. Christian Altorfer 27 Jan 2013, 4:30pm

      Epigenetics indeed a interesting topic.

      1. Christian Altorfer 27 Jan 2013, 4:31pm

But more and more I also believe the hormonal status could be a cuase for homosexuality.

    2. Joseph oz 8 Feb 2013, 3:13pm

      Science = great, Religion = sh$t.

that’s very correct but you forgot to mention…

      Religion = money!

Sort of reminds me of the old saying…

“If you can’t dazzle them with brilliance…
      Baffle them with bullsh$t.”

  22. johnny33308 25 Jan 2013, 3:31am

Yet another ‘enlightening’ talk by a man who represents a Designated Hate Group in it’s quest to eliminate by murder all LGBT people in the world. Charming, isn’t he? His “religion” is just so modern, so open, so tolerant, so welcoming, so all-inclusive….NOT! He needs to go meet his god now, and please take all those like himself with him. Thanks very much. Barbarian!

  23. stupid man. To be ignored

  24. Jock S. Trap 25 Jan 2013, 10:33am

What’s ignorance is those that display it and then blame all others.

Fact he isn’t working on fact, he’s working a pure assumptions. His hatred is noted. His bigotry is shameful considering America has at least 4 young people committing suicide purely because of nasty people like Bryan Fischer.

This is appalling, totally discriminating just to satisfy the need not to think for themselves but to blame ‘God’ for their shameful nastiness!

  25. There’s none so blind as he who will not see! He claims to be a Christian, but his motives and actions most certainly are not! He claims Obama is ignorant in his support of gay relationships as no one is born gay, and he refers to science/research which supports that position, but all reputable, legitimate and verified reseach over approximately the past 100 years contradicts his claims! Based on all the evidence, coupled with a modicum of common sense, I can only reach the conclusion that his poisonous bigotry results from a deep sense of insecurity and fear, born of his ownself-imposed and self-maintained ignorance! Either that, or he has jumped on this wagon because he has some agenda of his own. In either case, deliberately or otherwise, he is simply dishonest! However, because the poison he is spouting is actually dangerous, I suggest people like him be treated according to one of my oldest and longest held principles: everyone is entitled to their opinion, but no one is entitled

  26. According to your constitution, we’re all created equal. So why not let us be … you homophobic old goat? What a vile piece of humanity presumably inspired by that ‘all loving god’ they worship ….?

  27. This hate filled monster even looks evil. I can imagine him with a howling lynch mob stringing up a gay or black person from a tree in some red-neck backwater.

  28. He’s right. Just like young Bryan Fischer ignored those strong homosexual desires, and chose to go the heterosexual route instead of giving in. He still probably has those deviant desires to bone a man, he just chooses not to.

  29. “He goes on to call President Obama “ignorant”, says that he doesn’t understand the “genetics and biology” of homosexuality, and compares being gay to incest, bestiality and paedophilia”

Sorry Bryan, but most of us wouldn’t know what you’re talking about as, personally, we’ve never tried the last three…

  30. Mr Fischer, you were created an idiot, it’s no harder to believe that people are created gay. Additionally it strikes me exactly how many people such as yourself who seem to believe they are authorties on whether or not someone is born gay are not gay themselves and would therefore have absolutely no way of knowing.

  31. Sodomy means having sex with “strange flesh” aka human and animal/human and angel. Not human to human sex. The word sodomy is used wrong these days by people like this guy.
