I do feel sorry for him. I think he’s a pretty genuine guy.
So do I, especially now I see the reactions here which are pretty unpleasant with, so far, the sole exception of yours. His comments sound genuine and seem to be coming from someone who’s in pain.
Maybe Celebrity Big Brother is a breeding ground for hatred, but I hope Pink News is not.
Here is a young man with little discernable talent, except for self-publicity, who has wealth, the fame he craves, good health, and yet whines continually.
He actively chose to appear in front of millions of people on a tacky “talent” show, chose to do CBB, which has been on for 10 years, so the risks of such exposure should have been known to him.
If you put your head about the parapet, expect people to take shots at you. Sorry, if that’s a bit harsh.
And yet you will do anything to remain in the public eye, hence your little holiday in the house!

Rylan, Haters gotta Hate, that’s what they do, that’s all they have. They will hate you when they don’t know you, have never met you.They will hate you for who you are or what you are not. Hate you for being on TV, Hate you for being Gay, Hate you for the colour of your hair, or the make of you jeans.They will hate you for being anything that they envy or are jealous of. He’s not hated more than Jimmy Saville because I’ve never heard of him.
I find it quite astonishing how people who claim to care so little about this feel the need to comment here in such a vile way. In fact Rylan is coming across very well in the show, and is doing himself a big favour being on it. There were tabloid stories during X Factor that he was one of the behind the scenes favourites with staff and fellow contestants alike, you could see this by the way they reacted to him when he survived week after week. Well Big Brother appears to be illustrating exactly that. He seems to be a person of genuine warmth, quite unlike plenty of the hateful commenters here.
Rylan is not my cup of tea in many ways, but he does appear to be a stand up guy.
I’d never heard of him until this article.
Eff off and die Rylan, you’re a walking embarrassment not just to the gay community but mankind in general.

People are very fickle and it seems that society has to have bogeymen. I recall the very first Big Brother when ‘Nasty’ Nick Bateman became a hate figure when he tried to cheat by playing his housemates off against each other before getting found out and kicked out. I also recall at the time the anti-paedophile protests that took place in the wake of the Sarah Payne murder. One week it was paedophiles, the next, Nasty Nick! Don’t beat yourself up, Rylan. You are a genuine guy and you can rise above those sad cases who have nothing better to do with their spare time.
At least Rylan Clark does not leave a trail of misery and broken lives in his wake in the same way that Jimmy Savile did. There can be nothing worse than a paedophile who managed to groom the entire country.
