This is the right ruling, and a step towards rewording parts of the constitution which use Christian principles to define marriage.
The right ruling but a waste of money allowing such a clear cut case into the court in the first place. The attorney general bringing the case wants to be sacked as he is clearly homophobic
Who but an ugly minded bigot would want to waste their time trying to prevent someone’s partner getting the benefits that everyone takes for granted. He should be fired.
