Chile is very Catholic(for example abortion is illegal in ALL circumstances) !!! It is surprising that it even is being debated

  3. The murder of Daniel Zamudio is one of the most horrific killings I ever heard of. I hope the spectre of this barbarism stays with the Chilean people through their deliberations over the value of equality.

  4. This is a good sign, and remember we still don’t have full marriage equality here either. The church is gearing up for another hate filled battle and places like Chile will be their front line.

May I wish Senator Ximena Rincón well, and hope she wins the election. She would be the best candidate.
