According the census Christianity is still a predominant belief in this country, even in norwich which has been defined as the most godless place in the uk. On another note, local authorities in london report that only 70-80% of census forms were completed and those that were not were reprted as being mostly avoided from those of the South east asian nations , which would surmise that there is an underestimate of how predominant religion is, especially islam. Wishful thinking is not going to make the uk a mostly religion free zone in 20 years.

          Post a reply →
          1. The census is used by governments to decide policy issues on matters such as education and immigration. If Muslims refuse to complete their forms, more fool them. Personally, I believe 99.999999 per cent of young people will eventually reject ALL forms of organised religion. It is too dogmatic and restrictive to be swallowed by the current and future generations.

A common misconception. In fact, their birthrate is falling globally, and their intended rise through emigration (only a handful of people actually convert to this ‘faith’ – would you?) is undermined by the fact that Islam is still the SECOND biggest religion in the world, but that both it and the first-biggest are being eclipsed by the most POWERFUL and FASTEST GROWING ‘faith’ on this planet… secularism!

This is a part of one of the comments I found on that site (www.islam21c.com) on Haddad’s article “Standing up against Homosexuality”. It’s a Muslim responding to a gay Muslim. The gay Muslim wrote this: “I have been raised as a pious Muslim, but am simply unable to do anything about my same sex attractions. In accordance with Islam, I stay away from any actions that these attractions tempt me towards.” So the gay Muslim is living a celibate life because of his faith. This is how the straight Muslim responds: ”If i had the power, i would have you executed – but unfortunately we the Muslims do not have the power at the moment. Give it 20 years and we will see. When i go to my son’s school the vast majority of the kids are muslims. Wait in this country 20 years and inshallah we will stone you.”

    (…)

    Any questions?

    1. The muslim population of Britain doubles every decade. The official figure from the last census was that muslims were 5% of the population. However, educated muslims have pointed out that 7% of the census chose not to divulge their religion (from that _they_ conclude that the muslim population is closer to 10%). A meat industry report said that 11% of the meat in Britain is halal, so maybe 10% is right. http://halalfocus.net/uk-halal-meat-report/

Even going off the obvious underestimate of 5%, by 2040 the muslim population of Britain will be 40%. Muslims are less than 40% of the population of Tower Hamlets, yet dominate the council entirely. If muslims are already 10%, criminalisation will happen sooner than 2040.

We should be thankful we lived in the few generations where homosexuality was legal.

However, it does seem to end with the suggestion that the right thing to do is provide the services of one’s virgin daughters as a sort of proto-biblical gay cure.

What I don’t understand is why that sort of backward and medieval behaviour is tolerated in the UK. This sort of thing would not be permitted in the Netherlands for instance. Germany would reprimand those radical islamists though the “Central Committee” (each religious group has such Central Committee).
Such radical islamists, I am afraid should be shown the door or go to prison into solitary confinement.
