  1. Come on. Get on with it. The longer it gets left the more chance of cowardly politicians getting their minds changed by religious lobbying.

    Same situation with vote on same-sex marriage was in January 2011 in Maryland (some previous ‘supportive’ Democrats unexpectedly and without explanation absent, united Republican opposition). The bill has fail. Until January 2012 (and final victory in the referendum in November, of course).

  3. UPDATE: The Senate committee DID vote and PASSED the resolution with an 8 – 5 vote today. It now goes before the full Senate.
