    It’s a start. Now they need to getting rid of that constitutional amendment.

    Wisconsin has some silly laws indeed that they need to get rid of, but then again the Republicans controls the Governorship and both Houses of the Legislature!

    Starting with getting rid of the Transgender inmate ban on gender surgery, getting rid of the ban on same sex couples adopting children in the state and also but not the least getting rid of the Constitutional ban on same sex marriages and civil unions!

    I agree with the Court, keep the current “better than nothing” domestic partnerships law Wisconsin.

    Domestic partnerships that provide 50 state rights for same sex unmarried couples out of 200 state rights for married heterosexual couples in better than nothing!

    Hopefully the next stage is full 200 state rights in a same sex marriage! But that will never happen under the Republican controlled state!
