The Russian FA should suspend them from the league until further notice, and if they do not UEFA should very publicly suspend all teams governed by the Russian FA from all international competitions until further notice.
Why should the team be suspended because of a racist fan club. When the club itself has written that it “does not uphold archaic views”.
