the founder of the FRC is George Rekers. You can check that on the web. As usual, Rekers is queer as can be.

Tony Perkins should be given the opportunity to know how that kind of threat feels..to be killed because of your sexuality…..probably then he would be more able to speak from experience…rather than just blabber off his mouth and feeding off the peoples money who contribute to those hateful biggoted people who claim to speak for God…God has nothing to do with Tony Perkins or anyone who spew out such hatred..

  3. I don’t know who’s worse – The fundie hypocrites like Scott Lively who deliberately stir up homophobic hatred in Uganda with propaganda like “the Pink Swa$tika” and then say they never intended to provoke a bloodbath, or the balls-to-the-wall bigots like Tony Perkins who seem quite happy to endorse it.

“Family Research Council President, Tony Perkins, tweeted about President Museveni’s speech, commending him for ”leading his nation in repentance” and thus creating a “nation prospered by God.”

What is his definition of prospered? Doesn’t look very prospered to most people with a brain.

They are driving more and more people away from Christianity by their hate.

  6. They are a hate group and have proved it by their stance.

  7. It seems to me that many people are aware of the dangers of Muslim fundamentalism looking at groups such as al Qaeda, the Tabliban etc. but all this time they’ve been failing to see how Christian fundamentalists are just as hateful, just as dangerous and perhaps even more virulent. Now if I were to post a comment on the internet which exhorted readers to go out and ‘kill the president of Uganda’ I’d be fairly rapidly arrested on suspicion of terrorist activities. Yet the President of Uganda can urge his countryfolk to kill my gay friends and probably people like me (I’m trans) and I don’t see any security ‘authorities’ swooping down on him and slinging him in prison pending trial. Funny old world, eh?

The FRC and its leadership should be tried by the International Court of Justice in the Hague for crimes against humanity

The FRC is the same group that Bully backed George Bush, when Bush was President. Bush is regarded as the worst President in the history of the US. The needless blood of hundreds of thousands of people are on George Bush’s hands. The FRC needs to reread their bible again, Its teaching are the opposite of that this crackpot outfit professes.

A collective of lying scum expresses support for a collective of theves and would-be murderers and all in the name of a “loving god”. Religion is the blight on all humanity and the sooner it is binned the better.

  12. The Family Research Council has been designated as a “hate group” by the Southern Poverty Law Center – and that does NOT make Perkins a “Christian right leader.” It makes him a “spokesbigot” or “hate group leader’ or “anti-gay propagandist,” but NOT “Christian right leader.”
Let’s avoid these confusing headlines that might lead a casual reader to mistake FRC for anything than what it is.
