Wore pink clothes? And was reprimanded by his teachers? What on earth is wrong with people? Why can’t they just leave other people alone? It’s despicable that bullying is tolerated, and even worse that it appears his teachers may not have stuck up for him.
In many ways, this being amongst them, Italy is still stuck somewhere between the Middle Ages and the Enlightenment. This story is incredibly sad, but even worse it’s just the tip of the iceberg. The Pope and the Cardinals still have real sway there, and look at the results.
This is horribly sad. You get the feeling if only been there I could of saved this child from these people and this fate. The world seems darker every day losing all these young people needlessly.
Much of Italy seems disappointingly hung up on very old-fashioned ideas of gender roles, something that powerful buffoons like Berlusconi do little to alter.
LGBT people are brought-up in a way that consists chronic molestation and moral (and sometimes physical) extinction. This is legalized and aprooved. Treatment in public life is many times within the definition of terrorism. Long way for Italy, even longer for us, gay people in Greece. For example in Italy there is an association of gay policemen, here, not even as a joke. Such sad news, in the Internet, there would be found quite a lot of people to laugh at…
I find bullying itself is barbaric and just stupid, don’t like someone, don’t talk to them, simple. But to bully someone for anything they can’t physically, or mentally change, whether it be their sexuality, appearance,a mental ability..etc Is just plain wrong.

Another tragic and unnecessary death.
