Obama is so cool, why cant we have a prime minister like him.
Just when I think that our society has become a cesspool of hate and bigotry and that there is no hope for any light to shine in its murky depths, something like this comes along and lifts my spirits. I am once again reminded that there can be hope and light, and that the darkness will eventually lose.

No matter how old this story is, it certainly is a life-affirming piece which deserves a special place in the history of our Queer History.
The two dads must be so very proud to have a child such as this – and whoever said that everyone needs a Mum and Dad to grow up to be healthy in mind and body? Times change, let’s embrace the best in change and be thankful for it.

How surprising yet again it is a child that is talking sense. She is is proud of her parents and they should be proud of her. Mr Obama should teach Mr Cameron how to be more connected to his voting people like he is to his people.
This is such a warming story, it doesn’t matter how old it is.
I wonder what the response would have been if the same letter was sent to Mr Cameron.
