Unfortunately places permitting nudity always attract exhibitionist nutters. I remember the Parson’s Pleasure male nude-bathing area in Oxford. On a beautiful day in summer there would be a 100 or so nice naked men lolling in the grass and enjoying the lovely Cherwell, but there would also be half a dozen dirty buggers over near the river’s edge just aching for the next punt to come along so they could shock the tourists by standing there with semi-erections.

  3. How would the ban “hamper the Folsom Street Fair” if “Exceptions will be allowed for certain street fairs and events”?

There’s always a handful of people that when given an inch take a yard.

Good to see some common decency taking over.

i live in san francisco and i have had enough of naked guys in wigs and sunglasses waving their oiled-up genitals at traffic telling me i must be some kind of prude for not respecting them in their natural state! i hope this nudity ban becomes law.
