      Yes you can.
      What else do you think Lana Wachowski did? Swim to the moon?

        COnfirmed her gender for what it actually was, or such is the point I believe Dan to be making.

      It’s that old chestnut again, and it is difficult to get it right:

      Sex = male and female

      Gender = masculine and feminine

      So in essence:
      Sex refers to biological differences; chromosomes, hormonal profiles, internal and external sex organs. Gender describes the characteristics that a society or culture delineates as masculine or feminine.

      So while your sex as male or female is a biological fact that is the same in any culture, what that sex means in terms of your gender role as a ‘man’ or a ‘woman’ in society can be quite different cross culturally. These ‘gender roles’ have an impact on the health of the individual.

    I’m real happy for you, Lana, and I’m-a let you finish, but transitioning when you’re not wealthy and successful is a lot tougher. A LOT TOUGHER!

      Oh please, will you just stop with the religious rhetoric.Some people are just Bi and aren’t readily aware of it.In all probability that is true in this guy’s case. Many in the medical community suggest that sexual orientation is on a sliding scale.In any case, all creation is unique and diverse and one size does not fit .If you are comfortable with what you believe, fine, but don’t superimpose it on others and hurt anyone because of them.

    A bit of a shock, I must say, but the Wachowski brothers (nee siblings) were always notoriously aloof, so I guess it’s taken time for this all to come about.

    Aside from that, “Cloud Atlas” looks stunning, and I think they might have just as much of a critical hit as “The Matrix” did.

    I wish Lana well and the best of luck for the future.

    I hope her transition goes well, she actually doesn’t look that bad considering her age.
