Even the Republican Party’s most enlightened members can’t stand being in the closet of intolerance anymore that their own party forces them. Society is changing, noticing how unproductive has been repressing the human nature all these centuries, and a few good apples are finally sensing that.
Looks like the best city to live in in the United States has just got better. While certain Republicans have been getting more vocal in their opposition to gay marriage, I hope that Jerry Sanders is representitive of many GOP members and their supporters who wish to advance the Party. Take our own Conservative Party, for example, not all that long ago they brought in Section 28, now the current leader is pressing for marriage equality although the Conservatives are still split on the issue and I am sure that the Republicans will remain divided as well over marriage equality for decades to come but inevitably the pro-gay lobby will gain the upper hand.
