It’s a Spanish name and, outside the USA anyway, Spain is considered European and therefore ‘white’. Apprently Rivera’s father was of Spanish descent from Puerto Rico and his mother Jewish Russian, so I’d guess most people would say he IS white.
In fact the name on his birth certificate was Gerald Michael Riviera [sic], so I’d say your claim that he’s not ‘white’ because of his name is wholly misguided.
This washed up bore has not had anything intelligent or relevant to say in well over three decades — and he still hasn’t. The man is an idiot who sees anti-American conspiracies around every corner. He’s a disreputable joke.

Im quite sure a “lesbian cabal” would do a much better job of running the US government than the current lot. For example im sure there wouldnt be cardboard cities growing up around every major conurbation, there wouldnt be people dying because they cant afford medication, and im pretty sure there wouldnt be kids going to school hungry because their parents cant find a job.
