  1. I complained to Thames Valley Police at the time and they took no action as he was going to be dealt with by the DC.

Shocking that the DC and TVP seem to think this vile and odious language which is demeaning to LGBT people is acceptable and does not need to be challenged.

Baroness Warsi, you are supporting homophobic bigots in your party!

    1. Stu, please. Are you surprised that idiot Warsi supports her homophobic bigots? She may as well endorse them!

The comment was offensive and he Should be dealt with appropriately. I am concerned that he holds a position of some kind of power being clearly so uneducated.

  3. He’s a member of the Tory Party – which is still shamefully backward when it comes to dealing with the vast numbers of homophobic neo-fascists like James Malliff still in its ranks.

Malliiff should have been permanently expelled from the Tory Party for his appalling homophobic extremism.

    He wasn’t of course.

Did the LGBTory group call for his expulsion from the Tory Party?

    If not then why not?

And let’s not forget that if equal marriage is defeated in Parliament, it will be down to the Tories, the majority of whom don’t support it as of now. Maliff should have been booted out. I love it when they claim they’re not anti-gay after making such a vile comment. If something derogatory had been said about an ethnic group, we might have seen a very different outcome.

This is typical of my home town and why I moved to Brighton in the first place. Such bigotry is endemic in the living rooms of the home counties, where blue will always equate to a boring, restrictive normality which lacks both imagination and courage.

And why all this homophobs at the time of discussions on same-sex marriage are allways so bloody likely to compare LGBT people partnerships with those of animals? Is it some abstention of fantasy or very secret indeed?

What planet is James Malliff on? Sexual attraction towards other people of the same sex has absolutely nothing to do with animals. If this were the case then we would have the RSPCA on our case!
It is just another example of homophobes clutching at straws as they lose their case against gay people.

  9. And as we have agreed – those who don’t conceptualise the concept of legally competent consenting human being and immediately start to think about animals really need to spare us their delusional projections.

Am I surprised nothing happened? Of course not. I would have been staggered if it had.

He’s not anti-gay…but compares gay people to animals…

“had not failed to comply with the Council’s Code of Conduct when publishing or causing to be published a comment on his micro-blogging site on 6 October 2011, because he was not acting in an official capacity at the time.”

Ah, OK, so as long as you’re not acting in an official capacity, gay slurs are fine. Sends out a good message to young people.
