      …and paedophile priests!

  3. It also bans “discriminatory” teaching materials

Hence why why religious extremeness want it banned, it impedes their “right” to discriminate arbitrarily and impose a belief in imaginary deities on children.

Just shows religion has no place in government or eduction.

  4. How rare that homophobes actually acknowledge that history is against them and their efforts are purely cynical to the last.

  5. It appears that Californians are becoming wise to the hateful anti-gay agenda and not supporting it, this is good news!

This is the wonderful …. http://www.pacificjustice.org/ and this is their ethos…….unless you happen to be born Gay that is The usual pick and mix from religion driven bigots. “Pacific Justice Institute’s strategy is to coordinate and oversee large numbers of concurrent court actions through a network of over 1,000 affiliate attorneys nationwide. And, according to former United States Attorney General Edwin Meese, “The Institute fills a critical need on the West Coast for those whose civil liberties are threatened.” “
