About time for the religious bigots to give up…the world already knows how hateful they are…why keep trying to prove it??????

  2. There is just no logic to the opposition. I could believe the moon was made of blue cheese and it should not effect the rights of others to love who they please. Can we please bring some rational thought to this world.

If they could muster some rational thought they wouldn’t be religious….

  3. They are possessed by obsessive hatred. It’s unnatural.

  4. They can’t win the reasoned argument – so they will use any lies, deceptions or legal minutiae to try and ensure that their special rights are not made equal to others and for them to dictate how society is governed. I am pleased the court has stood up to those seeking to try and impart a theocratic influence on civil law.

Exactly. How sad, instead of accepting, they Choose to follow a path of such hate and disrespect but then a) what goes around… and b) treat people how you wish to be treated.

Of those I am a firm believer!

Isn’t it funny how these people use the word ‘Freedoms’ in their argument, yet don’t see the irony of their own hatred.

Shameful and glad they failed. I don’t suppose we’ll hear the last of it. These people aren’t happy unless they are discriminating….. Some freedom!

  6. If I didn’t know what these people are like I would be astounded that they seek to overturn legislation that is not hurting them or their loved ones personally, not hitting them in their pockets, affecting their workplace, or their right to worship in their churches. The sheer selfishness of these people is mind-boggling.

  7. Please learn the difference between New York City and New York State.

One strange challenge of one strange organisation. Fail. Oh my God, same-sex marriage in New York is forever! Get over it! Please!

  9. It seems that common sense has prevailed, for now at least.
