London’s popular gay club night Popstarz will be relocating after the venue which usually hosts it lost its licence.

Normally taking place at The Den, this week Popstarz will be held at Sway, 5 minutes’ walk away.

Organisers have put on tuk-tuks to take Popstarz fans from the old venue to the new one on Great Queen Street.

Until the event finds a new permanent home, it may have to take place at a different club every week.

Popstarz director Tommy Moss told PinkNews.co.uk: “We’ll be moving around for a while whilst we look for the perfect space.

“To be honest every club in london has come knocking asking us to come on board with them but we don’t want be rushed – we only found out on Tuesday and decisions to move usually take me weeks or months!”

Facebook fans may also need to rejoin the Popstarz group following some technical difficulties.
