Another day, another terrible story of hatred from the Arab world. Nasty culture all in all.

  2. Worrying story.

Hope Amnesty or HRW look into concerns – particularly about those relating to torture in custody.

What do these people to hermaphroditic or sexually ambiguous babies?

    1. I think the polite word that escaped your fingers whilst typing is ‘Intersex’ and not hermaphroditic… :)

It seems as if Kuwait is vying with Iran for the title of the World’s Most Homophobic Country.

Plenty of other countries vying for that title! Russia, Iraq, Zimbabwe need I go on?

I found it really difficult to follow the story of the 18 year old from the first few paragraphs due to the convoluted language used to describe the incident.

Despite having read it several times I’m still no clearer exactly why he was attacked in the first place.

It doesn’t make any sense (from the information in the article) why a Trans man would be attacked for looking like a man…nor why, having thought he was in fact a male-to-female Trans woman, he would then be arrested and charged with ‘imitating the opposite sex’…

Could Pink news please clarify the first few paragraphs so as to make more sense of the actual story please?

    Thanks
