Once again we have the inevitable schism between religions and denominations – Some feel that their rights are compromised by not helping us marry, others feel that their rights are compromised if they are not allowed to stop us.
There is no right or wrong answer in terms of understanding the true wishes of an unproven supernatural entity. As an argument, it should have no power. Which leaves us only with the secular – and there is no secular argument either.
BUT – and this is the problem – evangelical and fundamentalist faiths will still fight this tooth and nail and insist that they are the one “true” faith. A depressing fact of religion since the moment religion was invented.

Good news. It only adds to the social pressure on the religious bigots to conform to the principles of democracy, and forces them to resort to anonymous puerile comments on a gay site, like Inspector Keith here. It is truly a delight to see society changing and their desperation.
This is a significant step in the right direction especially as the American Jewish Lobby is associated with the Republican Party.
