  1. The Alaskan c0me dumpster has nothing of value to offer.

    1. ChrisBChikin 11 May 2012, 10:55am

I don’t know; her knowledge of Dora the Explorer seems pretty comprehensive…

    2. She is a Christian Whore who has no husband/father for her child and is a single parent, her mother is a loser and so is she.

  2. “Change thousands of years of thinking about marriage” – Just like we haven’t changed thousands of years of thinking about anything else, right?

Hell, there was an equivalent to modern marriage in the past that was open to people of the same sex.

    1. Locus Solus 11 May 2012, 11:03am

Given how she probably believes the bible is literal truth, I would hazard a guess that her thinking is about as evolved and logical as a human from a few thousand years back… So in that sense, she wouldn’t understand your point about a new change in thinking lol. :)

    2. The key word here is “thinking”. Something she stops doing as soon as she has invented the reason for her bigotry.

    3. Yes, “thousands of years of thinking about marriage”, until quite recently, would have handed poor little Bristol, an unwed mother, a very different life from the one she enjoys today. The demi-celebrity that has created the platform for her airhead utterances would have been, instead, full-blown notoriety. Her sexual misstep would have quashed that glorious career of dancing missteps on American TV. What a hypocrite. She makes her mother look brilliant.

      1. >>She makes her mother look brilliant.<<

Oooooh, that is soooo mean – very true – but soooo mean.

How can you get lower than the slime under a slug's belly??

  3. That There Other David 11 May 2012, 10:55am

She’s only famous for embarrassing her nutcase mother isn’t she? Seriously, does anyone actually care what she thinks?

    1. Don’t forget, she has been a paid speaker for abstinence… How you do that with a brat on your hip from a drunken one-night stand amazes me.

  4. The Palin’s are hardly known for their intellectual prowess are they? Let’s not waste too much time on their musings …

This poor young woman struggled through life with a caricature as a mother. It’s a wonder she can string a sentence together with that as a ‘role model’.

  5. What an ignorant woman. How can she lecture others on how a child does better with “both parents” – she should know better than most that many people find themselves single parents through no fault of their own. In that case isn’t it better for a child to grow up with both parents who may or may not be the same sex? I’m straight but cannot see the argument where a single mother is better than two same sex parents – she should keep her opinions to herself on a subject she obviously knows nothing about

  6. This is not even worth a comment

  7. The fact that President Obama’s daughters are more worldy wise than this cretinous elk speaks volumes!

This comment “we know that in general kids do better growing up in a mother/father home. Ideally, fathers help shape their kids’ worldview” her own child is up the creek without the paddle then!

    1. Dora as Attorney General!!! 12 May 2012, 10:26am

Yes, but she knows that her child has worse conditions that those with mother and a father. I get your point, I really do (almost posted that myself) but I honestly don’t believe that she’s stupid enough to think that her child is doing just as fine as children with both parents.

  8. I’m blaming her mother!!

    1. Clearly neither of them had a decent education!

      1. Education? I would’nt go that far!

  9. She has a point though, I mean Bristol grew up in a traditional mother/father home and look how she…
Nope, sorry can’t finish that sentence.

    1. Im still trying to figure out which one of the Palin children is gay, you know one of them has to be on the DL

  10. Bristol

  11. “we know that in general kids do better growing up in a mother/father home. Ideally, fathers help shape their kids’ worldview”. Except when they have a mother called Bristol and a spunk dispenser deadbeat dad called Levi apparently.

    1. “spunk dispenser deadbeat dad”

Your post has made me laugh and laugh. What a wonderful phrase!!

  12. Find a glacier and jump into one of the crevasses, sweetie!

  13. Wim in Holland 11 May 2012, 11:36am

When in the Palin family sexuality things as how you get pregnant had been spoken out with the childern. The present woulld have been different.

  14. I think miss Palin needs to watch her little mouth … Of course society and its rules change as time goes on .. in Ireland not so long ago a single girl who got pregnant would have been locked up for life and her baby taken from her the minute it was born and put up for adoption .. I bet she’s happy we changed that .. wat makes her think her little ‘bastard’ is better off than the children born into a family with two loving same sex parents…

  15. No Gay Marriage!

    Stoning for Single Mothers!

Come on people, I think we should take her side, tradition shouldn’t be changed!!

    1. I’m having trouble trying to work out if you’re being serious or not.

  16. Jock S. Trap 11 May 2012, 12:01pm

Maybe Ms Palin every hear of the phrase containing the words Pot and kettle?

Maybe she would do better worrying about her own circumstances and bettering her own life rather than trying to damage and poke her nose in things that really don’t concern her… unless of course she wants the right in the end to marry someone of the same sex.

If we don’t listen to our future then who do we listen too? Isn’t this typical of saying anyone young cannot think for themselves?… It’s insulting and only shows up the bigots for what they are.

    1. Or ‘bun in….’lol

  17. How will the Obama administration survive in the face of such powerful rhetoric delivered by a revered public figure like… er, what’s the daft bint’s name, again?? :P

  18. Paddyswurds 11 May 2012, 12:04pm

Someone should ask her to spell Marriage! That’s about the only comment I can make about this trollop.

    1. Great word for her. Thumbs up.

  19. Meanwhile in the UK the RC church gets children to sign the petition against equal marriage.

    1. Paddyswurds 11 May 2012, 2:51pm

…..and in another part of the UK a roman Cult Cardinal is under investigation by the police for having forced two fourteen boys to sign a document of secrecy that they wouldn’t tell anyone about a vile paedophile priest who used to drive around the country collecting children , boys and girls , taking them to Dublin , putting them in two rooms in a hotel then “visiting each room in turn several times a night… Because of Sean Brady s protection he went on to rape 75 more boys and girls until he was caught by the police and Jailed. Now the Cardinal Brady is saying he was “only doing my job”
The video This World; The Shame Of The Catholic Church is available on BBC iPlayer… … .. .here

  20. ah the whole, you should be indoctrinating your kids into religion argument …

  21. President Obama must be so proud that his daughters aged 10 & 13 have more intelligence and compassion than this idiot has at 21.

  22. So, presumably Bristol (stupid name, btw, especially for a girl) doesn’t think her illegitimate children should allowed to get married? Or their descendents for 10 generations? That what is says in the bible Bristol!

Deuteronomy 23:2 “No one born of a forbidden union may enter the assembly of the Lord. Even to the tenth generation, none of his descendants may enter the assembly of the Lord. “

    1. It’s ironic too that in the US Bristol is a slang term for tits! So, by definition she is clearly a tit by name and tit by nature!

    2. Paddyswurds 11 May 2012, 1:30pm

Apparently called after Bristol Connecticut… .. where American sailors are based….. ?? ..

      1. Still, Bristol = tits haha

  23. Why, of course – exclusively bourgeois monogamous heterosexual coupledom goes back thousands of years. Polygamy, concubinage, forced marriage of slaves and enemy women – we’ve just imagined all of it. This idiot is following her mother’s example with a vengeance. Just as well she said that kids brought up by straight couples ‘generally’ do better…
though of course ‘than whom’ is less and less clear among these folk.

  24. What an arrogant young women, giving her circumstances, to assume she that she is suitable or qualified to give the Obama’s parenting advice.

There is actually no social science research that shows children do better raised by a mother and father. There is research that supports two parent families and that makes sense as the parenting workload is shared. However a child having either two parents – married or not married does not guarantee a positive outcome. It depends on an ability to parent. A single parent can do better than two parents if the quality of parenting is inadequate. Many children do just as well being raised in single parent homes, or being raised by other family members.

  25. Robert in S. Kensington 11 May 2012, 12:30pm

A bit rich coming from a slapper. All those family values and sanctity of marriage her dumb mother was mouthing off about didn’t do her daughter that much good did it, stupid bint.

  26. So, a kid tells Barak Obama not to listen to… kids. Way to go.

  27. It is a good thing that the opinions she stated are followed up by facts, or else I would never have believed her. why are people like her allowed to talk again?

  28. Why is anyone paying attention to what this silly child says?

  29. Bristol’s mother has taken back the single brain cell she loaned to her daughter.
What is sad about his story is that there are millions who listen to her rantings and agree with her.

    1. Sarah Palin needed the brain cell back because her other one was lonely

  30. I trust the entire Church community shall be condemning her to repent for her outburst. If those without sin should cast the first stone then she’s clearly guilty of queue jumping on this one.

  31. Aryu Gaetu 11 May 2012, 1:48pm

An empty trolley rattles the most.

  32. Foolish woman

  33. As the Bible says: take the log out of your own eye first – you sanctimonoius b!tch.

    1. Robert in S. Kensington 11 May 2012, 4:48pm

Meanwhile, the loser father of her child Levi Johnson put yet another girl in the pudding club. He hasn’t learned how to keep his ‘log’ zipped let alone wrapped while bonking.

  34. This is too funny on so many levels.

And at exactly what age should we start listening to our children? In her case way after 21.

  35. She is an ignorant and stupid person who messed up her own life so why would anyone bother listening to her bigoted poison?

  36. Miguel Sanchez 11 May 2012, 2:46pm

Bristol Palin should crawl back into the same hole she came out of and keep her big fat pie hole shut.

She is just like her mother. They flap their traps but nothing intelligent comes out.

    1. Right! But given that she isn’t speaking as a theological, sociological or even psychiatric “expert”, why the hell should anyone care what some silly girl has to say on the topic?

Education and expertise aside, she’s too young (and sheltered) to have any life experience to lend credibility to her ‘views’, and this only seems to be newsworthy becomes she’s someones child … which is supremely ironic under the circumstances.

One idiot child of an idiot politician telling us not to listen to the kids of politicians. Says all I need to know about her.

  37. Har Davids 11 May 2012, 2:53pm

She is her moronic mother’s daughter. And what’s wrong with discussing stuff with children? In some cases they are smarter than the so-called grown-ups.

  38. Where are her childrens dad?

    Clearly she values dad’s highly!

  39. This silly cow become a single mother at age 18. She’s the produce of an religious idiot.

What she says is utterly irrelevant to anyone with a brain.

Maybe she should listen less to her mother, and more to someone with an education, she wouldn’t sound like such a hypocritical muppet.

  40. Staircase2 11 May 2012, 3:46pm

isn’t she doing exactly that herself as the daughter of Sarah Palin…?

(…’a case of the pot calling the President ‘black’ ‘ perhaps…? lol)

Not exactly bright, those Palins are they…

lol clearly no relation to Michael! lol

  41. ““While it’s great to listen to your kids’ ideas, there’s also a time when dads simply need to be dads. ”

It might come as a surprise to you, Bristol, but not everyone’s parents are bigots. Thus “being a dad” for them means teaching your children to understand that people can be different but equal.

    Oh, and to use contraception…

  42. Carl Rowlands 11 May 2012, 4:46pm

Obviously not full aware of the concept of ‘people who live in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones’

She really has shown herself to be a silly bitch!

    1. Robert in S. Kensington 11 May 2012, 4:49pm

Well, look at her mother, duh! Another airhead.

  43. Matt Leebody 11 May 2012, 5:15pm

This backward woman does her gender a disservice.

Not content with perpetuating a ridiculous notion that “kids should be seen and not heard”, she actually shoots herself in the foot by suggesting her suggesting she is unfit to be a mother!

“that’s not a reason to change thousands of years of thinking about marriage” – actually, it totally is.

“Or that – as great as her friends may be – we know that in general kids do better growing up in a mother/father home” – patently untrue, as we know very little!

    1. Robert in S. Kensington 11 May 2012, 5:48pm

There are hundreds of thousands of dysfunctional heterosexual marriages, some produce children, some don’t. Marriage does NOT guarantee a stable environment for all children, as ideal as it is. There are hundreds of thousands of gay couples doing a fantastic job raising children who are prohibited from marriage and often do a lot better in school than a lot of children in heterosexual families. All of this procreation nonsense is a red-herring. I don’t know of any law in western civilisation which states that marriage is primarily for procreation or that it should be.

  44. Harvard Political Science professor on the one hand, dumb-as-slugs reality TV bimbo on the other.

I think I know which one I’m trusting to have the more sophisticated views on social issues.

  45. If this is the best the anti-equality lobby in the US can come up with to counter President Obama’s heroic stance on equal rights then I almost feel sorry for them (almost . . . ). What a silly little girl.

  46. Dora as Attorney General!!! 11 May 2012, 6:14pm

You’re comparing gay marriage to appointing Dora the explorer as attorney general?? and how would you seriously know how kids do in a home with both parents the same sex? I mean, if a child’s father was abusive and mother incompetent to take care in some other way, I think it would be great if the child had to go to foster care/ be adopted, it would be by a same-sex couple who really wanted a child and would take care of him/her.

  47. Bristol, if you’re reading this, go check your pro-slavery friends ideas. Their arguments are a match to yours.

  48. She obviously is still as ignorant on how children growing up within same sex families are doing as back then she was on how not to get pregnant…..

  49. Another stupid Palin woman looking for publicity. To be ignored

  50. Christopher 11 May 2012, 9:06pm

    Ok., where to start…

She says “Dads should be dads”. Does her child have one present?

Then on her rebuking Obama for listening to his children: doesn’t the bible say somewhere in it that “a child shall lead them’?

  51. Seriously – having “both parents” didn’t do much for Bristol, now did it. And seriously, we’re still reeling from sarah’s insanity and now bristol hits the scene – puleeeeze. Perhaps when their world view widens, then maybe.

  52. i’m sorry but does ‘point of view’ get any narrower than this !!?

  53. Thomas Dupont 11 May 2012, 10:11pm

Sounds like she’s just as much of a hateful b1tch as her mum. It amazes me that young Americans can still hold this type of dim-witted, uneducated viewpoint!

  54. Robin Evans 11 May 2012, 10:13pm

Christian Whore, doesn’t it say somewhere in her bible that we should stone the bi7ch….

  55. unwed teenage mom says what?

  56. This girl is dumber than dirt. I find it interesting that she insists on children being raised with a mom and dad while she is a single parent herself…lol.
Sadly, she will probably raise a child that is as ignorant and intolerant as she and her idiotic mother is.

  57. I love how I read this and then saw 80 comments and just had to think “I wonder how this will go down…”

  58. Staircase2 14 May 2012, 2:31am

She’s clearly not the brightest biscuit in the cookie jar but its deeply disturbing to me to see so many commentators pass comment on her gender in some really unsettling ways.

I’ve noticed that many are using the words ‘silly girl’ and ‘bitch’…

There has been a lot of commentary of late concerning the deeply misogynistic treatment of any women who pass unwelcome comment online and in the media.

This is directly parallel to the way that many Pink News commentators tend to deal with articles concerning homophobic behaviour when it comes from black men or Muslims….

Its time to learn to oppose bigotry without feeling at liberty to open up the floodgates of your own existing prejudices, people…!

  59. Its the rubbish parenting of her own parents and their views thats made her a brain dead moron who has a kid at 18 then starts promoting how bad it is to have a child so young. She obviously doesent care how that would make her child feel and she probably doesent really know who the father is anyway. Expect her on an upcoming episode of Maury.

What she doesent grasp is children are at times the only ones to see how things really are. Their innocence allows them to see things for what they are with no prejudice. We as adults have a lifetime of experiences and a wealth of knowledge and information we base our beliefs and thoughts on, however they are subject to the views and prejudices we have built and of those we have contact with.

In this case Obama listened to his children and saw to them they dont see a man or a woman simply parents. Simply a loving family. Just the way we arent meant to see race or skin colour anymore, just the person. These characteristics dont define us.

  60. Sean M. Burke 15 May 2012, 7:29am

It must be hard growing up as a Muppet.
