I see only a nice little family, and am pleased to see “real” women, not models air-brushed to look like blow-up dolls. It’s nice.

Those who protest failed last time. And they will again, I’m sure Ellen will just take the p!ss again and everyone will laugh at them.

And let’s be honest, it’s twelve vinegary old crows who need a hobby (and possibly, a vibrator).

    1. We need to recognize that groups like One Million Moms are just Christian Conservative fronts.

It’s easy to blame a few of angry old crows but in their hatred of gays Christians have made themselves the number one hate organization today – far surpassing the KKK.

We need to do everything we can to destroy the Catholic church, every one of their followers and the Vatican city.

Since Christians think it’s ok to discriminate against gay people may I suggest starting the campaign against Christians by discriminating against them?

Not all Christians think that homosexuality is a sin, nor do all Catholics. Although that is the stance of the Catholic church, not every Catholic church member believes every one of its beliefs. Many Catholics disagree with this teaching.

Also, many other forms of Christianity, such as Episcopalians, strongly support gay rights and marriage. The NH Episcopalian Bishop is gay!

There are always extremists in each group; One Million Moms are extremists, NOT the norm. Don’t fight discrimination with discrimination.

  8. These “one million moms” are an anti gay Christian hate group hiding behind the name “mothers”, but they are nothing but another anti gay hate group and need to be labeled as such and stopped from spreading their hate and threats to destroy business who do not agree with their anti gay Christian hate they spew.

  9. JC Penney – good on ya! It’s OK, one million bigoted “moms” means you have more or less 299,000 Americans to sell to! And some of these “moms” will change their tune when their offspring, at some point, needs to have the “talk” with them! Bravo, JCP!

Hello! The American Family Association is recognized by the Southern Poverty Law Cebter as a hate group. So why is this story even getting printed? All you’re doing is giving these haters a platform. If you’re going to run this story at all, don’t shy away, explain they are a HATE group.

The same would apply to Coalition for Marriage (C4M). I already refer to it as such which is what it is anyway.

Hn, the story here is that Penney’s are again refusing to be bullied by a hate group and are not submissive to the insidious culture of institutional homophobia.

The hateful do have power in the US (see any number of preachers and right wing shock jocks). Standing up against them and their rabid hordes of pea-brained troglodytes takes some courage.

Honestly? Hatred is a business model. You can use legislation, and tax advantages, to declare yourself a “non-profit” and so long as you are seen to be working on whatever your (legal) mission is, you can then use donations to pay your salary and expenses.

Picking on LGBT people is financially expedient and socially acceptable in many circles, and is a dog whistle to get the bigoted to reach in to their pockets.

I doubt they care if people discriminate or not so long as their “mission” still has legs and remains legal. They are grifters, little more. Vile, despicable, disgusting for sure. But it’s still a business.

I stopped shopping at Penny’s when they went public with their gay agenda. A bus. shouldn’t support sensitive issues & not expect to feel the backlash of their actions. I support traditional families & marriage and will spend my $$$ at bus. that support these same morals and values. I’m so sick of everyone trying to force us to go against our beliefs. The majority of Americans still believe in God despite what the liberal media would have you think. I live in Calif., one of the most liberal states in the U.S. & when allowed to vote on the issue to redefine Marriage, we voted NO! TWICE!!! 1 more thing…I have friends & family who are gay & I love and support them. Just b/c I do not agree with their sexual appetite or behavior doesn’t mean that I HATE them. That is NOT what our Church teaches either. Govt and politics should stay out of any issue that has religious implications. That job belongs to our Churches! Remember, God’s laws reigns over man’s.
