Philippine women’s empowerment organization Kaisa Ka (Unity of Women for Freedom) reports that gay men in Cebu City (the Philippines second city) have been attacked by pellet guns by men in moving vehicles.
The exact number of victims is unknown and none of the perpetrators have been found.
In August the Philippine Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgendered Hate Watch project reported that hate crimes, including murder, of LGBT people are rising.
In Baguio, north of Manila, the Catholic Church has been accused of stirring up harassment of local LGBT after reports that gay people had ‘married’.

The number of killed LGBT Filipinos is staggering. Twenty-eight have been murdered as of this year alone (last updated 17-June-2011). Twenty-nine were reported to have been murdered last year. Expanding the timeframe to as early as 1996, 103 have been killed in total.
Sixty-one of the killed were Gay men, twenty-six were transgendered, twelve were lesbian, and four were bisexuals. It is possible that more may add to it as the year progresses.

Miriam made a fatal mistake of speaking her mind regarding homosexuality. One can’t say anything the gays don’t like to hear, they will destroy her until they make a mockery out of her. That is their character. The best way is to just say, this is what the Bible says regarding homosexuality: God only created man and woman; that the Bible refers to homosexuality as a sin and a perversion; that it is an abomination to the Lord. However, who has not sinned? There is no lesser sin or bigger sin because God treats all sin as sin. We have all sinned, as the Bible says. God loves the sinner not the sin. He loves each and everyone of us. Hence, God will easily forgive us and will help transform us so that His plan and purposes in our lives can happen.
No need to apologize, you have a right to your own opinion. Spare yourself from relentless attacks from them, let them attack the Bible.
