I love what Barclays seem to do for the gay community. They seem to have put a lot of work, money and effort into making this app and helping their gay, bi and transgender staff feel welcome in their company
I am happy to see a business finally be the arrow head of a new standard of treating their employees.

I’m not sure if I’m imagining it, but I’m sure I’ve heard around that Barclays is one of, if not the best company to be employed by, whatever your race, gender, sexuality, etc. Hats off to them.

As barclays staff, i can confirm that no, it most defo does not! Yuk! It’s a great app for staff to connect with other LGBT staff, running mentoring programmes and for general help and advice. I love the company I work for, how many can genuinley say that? if you’re looking for work have a look at the barclays careers page, hiring nationally!
As a current member of branch staff, I have to say that barclays really is a great place to work. The app is great (although not sure how long I’ll be able to hide texting the boyf as spectrum app usage! lol) If anyone is looking for work, really do have a look at the barclays careers page. We’re looking for staff all over the place so have a look!
