Why can’t this pr!ck own what he said.

Fact is Kirk. You said what you said.

  2. I fail to see how this whiny, bigoted has-been can make offensive, hurtful and inflammatory comments AND THEN have the gall to say that HE has been the one experiencing bullying and discrimination for his ‘beliefs’ – the traditionally cowardly way that a religious bigot spouts hate and then claims mistreatment because he has the religious freedom to be a complete and utter jerk.

    1. It’s been the American fundamentalist way for about 20 years now. They condemn a group of people to hell and claim that the group is a threat to children, society, the country and all things holy and then scream “BULLY” and “HATER” and “OPPRESSION” the moment someone challenges them. You better pay very close attention to what’s going on in England right now with you recent Christianist uprising. To us Americans it looks very familiar. They’re already using the tactics of American fundamentalists.

  3. Struggling to understand the controversy over his remarks. Shame the haters have decided to target him.

    1. You seem to have a limited capacity for understanding, Jean. Perhaps you should spend less time on gay websites and get out more?

    2. Oliver Lacota 21 Mar 2012, 2:53pm

So you think it’s not controversial to call an entire minority group “unnatural” and “destructive to civilisation”? Moreover if people get offended by that, that makes them “haters”?

I’ll be sure to remember that next time I see a white supremacist calling black people destructive to civilisation. Wouldn’t want any “haters” to contradict them, right?

    3. Seriously Bitch by a dildo or something and have an orgasm. The gheys will seem less important when you have a life

    4. Mr. Ripley's Asscrack 21 Mar 2012, 7:13pm

Back away from the computer, pap. DO NOT FEED THE TROLL.

    5. There’s a village somewhere missing an idiot!

  4. He really is on another planet isn’t he?

How can you claim that you love everyone then in the same breath say being gay was “unnatural… I think that it’s detrimental, and ultimately destructive to so many of the foundations of civilization.”

A hypocrit of the highest order with lifelong membership to the bigot brigade!

  5. I’m still unnerved by the way I’m beginning to find Piers Morgan actually likeable.

    1. I am sure it will pass Rehan, if not I will call the men in white coats for you!

    2. I think I may start watching Piers Morgan even MORE often…and I am not a person who watches anything on TV with much regularity. But I LIKE PIERS!!

    3. I know it is a slightly odd place to be agreeing with Piers Morgan :S

  6. So he whines about people focusing on the remarks, while essentially repeating them. Morgan is also disingenuous saying he “respects” Cameron’s religious beliefs while not respecting the homophobia that are part and parcel of those beliefs. Cameron is free to hold and express any views he likes, but no one has to respect them just because they are a matter of “faith”, i.e. unreasoning prejudice.

  7. Oh dear, is the power powerless, talentless, dim-witted bit of pocket fluff getting upset because the gay folks are picking on him? How tragic.

    1. Well, I’m not about to judge anyone for that – I’m quite an enthusiastic cocksucker myself LOL!

  8. Don Harrisoin 21 Mar 2012, 3:37pm

Kirk Cameron that is a load of tosh. Neither in the old testiment nor dod Jesus menion homosexuality. That is pure Blasphomy. You should me ashamed of yourself.

  9. Who is he?

  10. Chuck Anziulewicz 21 Mar 2012, 3:51pm

I don’t get it. Kirk Cameron thinks Gay people are unnatural and deviant, that we don’t deserve the same benefits and protections that Straight individuals and couples have always taken for granted, and that we are undermining civilization. Yet he claims that he “loves” us and has lots of Gay friends.

    What am I missing here?

I suspect Kirk Cameron “loves” Gay people the way he “loves” murderers and terrorists and child molesters… which is to say, NOT REALLY, except in some sort of holier-than-thou way. He is so blinded by his own personal interpretation of Scripture that he is incapable of making better value judgments about loving, committed Gay couples.

    1. Think ‘family pets’.

  11. Up your kilt, Cameron.

  12. Let us take a look at how destructive the Christian Religion has been to civilization. The Christian/Catholic Holy Wars that have murdered countless millions and go on today in a war they call the War On Terrorist, which is a western Christian war that still murders countless innocent Muslim women and children today. Google the Christians attack on people for 2,000 years from the Holy Wars to the Inquisition and the Witch Hunts and today the Pope says that condoms are more evil than AIDS and people do not used condoms and die of AIDS. There is so much destruction by the Christians there is not enough room here to print it. Kirk Cameron is a Christian Clown who is most likely a closet gay who like some closet gays in the Christian religion like Ted Haggard bash gays to prove they are not gay all the time they have gay sex. How many gay Christian children will kill them selves as a result of Kirks and others gay bashing, Kirk is evil, like he is possessed by Satan.

    1. Mr. Ripley's Asscrack 21 Mar 2012, 8:15pm

Must it always be the women and children?! Generally wars have victims, it’s just the impreciseness of these expensive armaments that you pay for when the tax man calls every month! But a good point to make is that it will be the last holy war… Another is that religious people should listen to atheists more, they wouldn’t get so bound up by what they can’t remember until somebody prompts them! (Happened last week to me at work, priceless!)

    2. “Innocent women and children”?

What, is this the 19th Century?

      How about innocent CIVILIANS?

  13. Ha, in fact, thankfully, the entire world of common sense people this what Kirk thinks!!

  14. Sam Maloney 21 Mar 2012, 6:02pm

What he refuses to confront is that language like ‘destructive to the foundations of western civilization’ justifies bullying and bigotry– hell, if gays are that bad, why not just drag them into the streets and stone them, just like the Bible says?
The anti-gay verses– like the pro-slavery and anti-divorce passages– needs to join those parts of the bible that no one takes seriously anymore.

  15. johnny33308 21 Mar 2012, 6:07pm

Yes, the bullying homophobic ‘self-described’ religiously bigoted always pull out the victim card when they’re bagged for their own bigoted words….yes, we LGBTIQ people are so much the bullies….NOT! Their ‘religious’ freedom does not and never will trump our Human Rights. They will continue to be exposed for the truly evil bigots that they are….and rightly so. Their words are not in the least ambiguous….no one can mistake their intended meaning….

  16. Jock S. Trap 21 Mar 2012, 6:52pm

The man promotes hate then clearly feels he’s been hard done by for making such remarks.
    -
He is a danger to civilisation, the real threat to humanity to have so much hatred and to encourage others to hate.
    -
How many more have to kill themselves before we take these comments as a crime, of hatred. How does such hatred serve society?

  17. He doesn’t have a heart

    1. Oh and by the way being homophobic is unnatural, detrimental, and ultimately destructive to so many of the foundations of civilization.

      1. Well said, Lumi.

  18. Mr. Ripley's Asscrack 21 Mar 2012, 7:57pm

Zzzzzzzz! Come on, the guy just likened his religiosity (sic) to being part of a god-squad (god-mob TM), “I have been consistent for 15 years as a Christian, I’m a Bible-believing Christian.” (The latter statement in case you thought he was being a bigot.)

Really, there is no arguing with these happy clappers, so a little bit of napalm may do the trick though! Joke. My point is, it takes intelligence to rid the human of age-old superstitions of a big crazy man who lives in the sky and watches over 7billion people simultaneously and by the second- these plebs (window-lickers, I prefer) just don’t get the impossibility of that stupid notion – they’re plebs! That I am free of the christian persecution (of their own people) makes me a better person, than them – or homosapien mk2, if you will.

so is that forehead all his or did he borrows his friend’s one too? It must be terrible trying to hide the corpse. Yeah, bored of these plebs.

  19. So am I getting this right – my interpretation is that he agrees he made homophobic comments. He refuses to withdraw them or apologise. He states he continues to agree with the homophobic comment he made. He suggests that this is not the whole picture (so he is a homophobe who can choose to be nice to gay people on occasion – in other words is duplicitous!). He also wants gay people to feel sorry for him because we are raising concerns that he is homophobic and he feels bullied. Ah so he wants to bully and oppress gay people, be duplicitous about it, refuse to apologise and then have sympathy from LGBT people because he is the victim! B@llocks to that!

  20. He hasnt suffered bullying … Hes been giving us abuse !

  21. Destructive? Stupid comments like that will be destructive to his career. He’s nothing but an ignorant bigot and well done to Piers Morgan for exposing him.

  22. Marriage was defined in the Garden as between one man and one woman? And there was no change between then and now?? REALLY??? For a Bible believing Christian, he apparently didn’t peruse the Old Testement very well…

  23. He’s wrong thought…We should focus on what he said AND also focus on his sad, sad, and sad birthday party instead:http://cdn.fd.uproxx.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/10/Kirk-Cameron-Birthday-party1-650×568.jpg

  24. Some people will do anything for publicity.

  25. Whining, self-pitying, irrelevant hot air and bilge.
In sum, pretty normal for the mad religious right.

  26. Garry Cassell 22 Mar 2012, 1:04pm

Kirk, you are really too stupid for me to insult you because you are so blind…get a life…..

  27. I’m more annoyed at Piers for asking the question than Kirk Cameron for his views. Why, during an interview for a documentary that has nothing to do with sexuality, would Mr Morgan ask Kirk Cameron for his views on gay marriage? It is well known that Mr Cameron is a fundamentalist Christian and that he adheres to the narrow views on sexuality set out by his beliefs. So, who is surprised at Mr Cameron’s response? Not me, and, I assume, not Piers Morgan either. The only conclusion I can draw is that Mr Morgan asked the question to elicit the response he got in the hopes of stirring up the controversy.
