The articles title made it sound like one of those homophobic “straight rights” things at first lol. congratulations for the man for once again showing that you don’t need to be part of a particular group to be altruistic and help stand up for their rights.

The rabbi seems to have a sense of humour and, as Jesus Christ was Jewish himself, maybe the man should be the next Pope? We all could use a Mensch as a religious leader, even us atheists.

I too found the title of the article ambigous but it is nice to have straight people like David Lazar who supports our community even though he is not gay himself. Future candidates for Sweden’s ‘Straight Person’ award should include the former members of ABBA whose’s music have given gay people throughout the world great joy while appealing to family audiences with their clean, non controversial style.

  8. Excellent man. I find it so very admirable when people actively take a principled stance disinterestedly.

Parents can seem so perceptive at times as if madonna wouldn’t sit on her own heated rollers.

  10. Judaism is looking more tolerant these days. Keep with the good work, children of Israel. If there is really such a loving and omnibenevolent God he is intensely proud of you.
