They will need to sue to get their rights. Every time they stop LGBT peoples rights they need to be sued. Call the ACLU, they like to take on cases like this or any lawyer who is interested in freedom and Civil Rights. Video the homophobes so you have proof what they say and do for use in court, also have your friends as a witness.
