Hopefully it will be referred to Grand Chamber at the ECHR.

He should not be jailed, as the homosexuals were most likely provoking him with their behaviour.

Sure Matthew, just like some women are raped because they behave provocatively. When caught, any excuse will do for some people.

Yep, some women ARE raped because of that.
I wouldn’t condone it, but life’s like that. If you want to stick your head in a lion’s mouth, go for it, but don’t say you weren’t warned.

(awaits lefty backlash and hundreds of thumbs down…) ;)

Wow! Common sense from the ECHR! The ECHR seem like a Jeckel and Hyde character to me. One day they are telling us that we cannot deport homophobic Islamic terrorists, then the next they are upholding the whole-life tariff of a homophobic murderer. Who’s side are they really on?

I believe he is too. He is current the only whole lifer who still protests his innocence, and in view of the evidence that came to light last year that supported that story he has stuck to for the last 25 years, its shameful that he has not been released.

He was convicted by majority verdict, so not everyone was convinced of his guilt at the time, and one of his relatives admitted tampering with the evidence.

It now appears from newly developed photos taken at the scene, that the ‘tampering’ far exceeds what was previously known, and looks more and more like a ‘fit-up-of-your-relative-in-order-to-benefit-financially’.

Coupled with the failure to present to the court the 999 record that showed Bamber’s father HAD called police to attend because his schizophrenic daughter had ‘gone berserk’ and gold hold of his shotgun, it kind of suggests that cause of death may have been the schizophrenic daughter shooting them with the shotgun she got hold of.

His case is poles apart from Moore

I think it’s awfully nice of those EU chappies to tell us that our own laws are perfectly acceptable, as we have had them for many years before any of them were born.

WHAT IN BLUE BLAZES FCK HAS IT GOT TO DO WITH THEM ANYWAY!!??

I really wish these interfering bureaucratic Eurotwats would keep their noses out of our fcking business.

    1. The European Court of Human Rights has absolutely nothing to do with the EU and, in fact, pre-dates it. I appreciate that xenophobia is ‘de rigeur’ at the moment, but at least get your facts straight, please.

Human Rights for all is hardly a ‘them and us’ situation.

Who REALLY gives a toss? All they are doing is reiterating what we already knew, and then making some crap ‘judgement’ as if it was up to them.

The sooner we get the hell out of this whole European mess, the better. Is this country totally incapable of running it’s own business without all and sundry interfering?

…and as for that “xenophobia” bollocks, I’m sure you would want your next door neighbour popping round to check you had the right TV channel on. Mind your own Godamned business!

  8. Why on earth did you say that the murders were committed “allegedly” for Moore’s sexual gratification, when everyone knowns that he killed these men as part of his sado-masochistic homosexual lust.

The murderer in this case was the only person involved to identify himself as gay. The victims might have been, but there is reason to believe that at least two of the victims were not homosexual.
