Last time I checked, a certain Adolf Hitler’s name was still on their petition!

  2. I’d like to know who among the 70 largest evangelical cults are branches of any of their American counterparts. If there are any, they should be discounted because of foreign interference in what is purely a domestic matter.

    1. In which case, shouldn’t the Catholic Church be ignored, because the Vatican IS a sovereign state with observer status at the UN?

I’d be all for supporting the exclusion of any foreign-affiliated organisations because there is a clear conflict of interests.

Who cares about conflict of interest?
It has bugger all to do with anybody outside the UK.

      2. Indeed, it’s a bloody menace to British society. It’s had its wings clipped today with the House of Lords supporting religious CPs and finally putting yet another nail in their collective coffin of hatred, bigotry and hypocrisy. They’re fast becoming irrelevant in modern 21st century Britain, long may that continue. Let’s hope their churches start to lose attendants and schools have to close.

Like the bit about ‘anti-Roman Catholic sentiment’.
Surely any sane person supports anti-Roman Catholic sentiment. :)
