Sadly, it is ALL the states regardless if there are protections in place, or not, or laws against discrimination, etc …one must PROVE that one has been fired for being gay…not an easy thing to do. At this time ageism is rampant in the US especially when looking for a job…many people over 50 cannot get a job, benefits have run out, there is no help, all we can do is just die….no one can PROVE that either; so much for ‘protections’..they seem to be useless for the vast majority…sadly.

The soldier in the picture seems to be called ‘Knight’, not ‘Daniels’ – wrong picture?
I just pulled up comments to say the very same thing and you’ve beaten me to it!
Ahhhhh a cunning linguist!
This is great news, and there’s more to come.
Meanwhile in 13 states in the US it is still possible to fire someone for being gay.

Great news, especially when you think about the recent comments by that Perry moron!
The entire nation should be on its knees and pleading for forgiveness.
Where can I meet him?! Gorgeous.
Fantastic news. Moral of the story is “Never, never, ever give up.”
Good for Mr Daniels.
