The page is in Russian, but just click the blue words on the block that is just below the top of the page, the block that has “+1” at the start.

This will bring up a voting box in which you enter:

      first name
      second name
      email address

Then put a check-mark in the box to agree to the conditions,
and then click the green box at the bottom of the form.

A message will then appear advising that a confirmatory email will be sent to you. I haven’t received mine yet, but I expect there will be a URL to click, so as to confirm.

      1. done.

        Thanks Eddy.

The above page is in Russian.
Just look for the box at the top of the page with blue text in it, starting with “+1” and click it.
      Then enter:

      First name
      Second name
      Your Email address

Then put a check in the box beneath,
then click the green bar at the bottom.

The screen that then comes up advises you’ll receive an email by which to confirm your email address. When that email arrives it may well go into your junk or spam folder. (Mine did.) Open that email and simply click on the URL with the English word “confirm” in it.

Incredible… Considering that Russia is well known in the porn industry to be a ‘safe harbour’ for…shall we just say material where the age of the performers is at best questionable..

But then again, where money is involved, seems they can turn a blind eye to a lot of things.. Equal human rights however seem pretty far down their priorities..

  3. Personally- I think Putin is a repressed homophobe. Mr Macho!

    1. I tend to agree on the pseudo-masochism, he must model himself on that other fool Berlusconi.

    2. A repressed homophobe?

  4. Flat earthers are frightened by science and facts, so they try and ban it. They do an amazing bit of doublethink and brand the truth they feel threatened by as propaganda.

Religion and fascism are a combination that is dangerous to all human rights.

And isn’t it in the heart of the beautiful city of St. Petersburg that there is a fine statue of Peter Tchaikovsky, homosexual and one of the world’s greatest composers?

You’d think Russians would be ashamed of what they did to that poor man, that they would be remorseful. But no.

    1. Daria Khagel 14 Nov 2011, 3:15pm

“People” that propose such vileness just want to get more popularity before the elections, because most of the population are homophobes and they’ll surely approve this kind of “care” that their beloved party give to their children.
I don’t really think of this “law” to be passed. Too many violations of the Constitution and other human rights laws.
And yes, I’m ashamed that my country is well known by the foreign news for such disgusting things.

    2. You may be surprised, but many a Russian deny Tchaikovsky was attracted to men. I am serious. So… Well, that’s that.

      1. Denial does not trump reality. Nor is it a valid excuse for stupidity and lack of education.

Russia yet again taking massive leaps backward in human rights. These laws amount to abuse of humanity and I for one wish people in the United Nations would stand up and act to stop governments acting like this Stop them using the LGBT community as an easy target to dictate their authority as if we don’t matter.

This law would be tragic yet again for all young vunerable people let alone the rest and to oppress society in this way is misguided, morally wrong and altogether evil. I assume it’s leaders will just stand by and shrug their shoulder each time a young teenager kills themselves. Each time a adult kills themselves.. and all because power that be class us as second class, not worthy.

Do they forget we are human beings too? Is war to be the answer to everything equal but love treated as an abomination to those because of utter ignorance?

    This is not good enough!

  7. Russia and St Petersburg hasn’t changed much since the times of the czar. Actually I would prefer Nicholas II to Vladimir Putin. Russia taking massive leaps backward in human rights, Jock S. Trap ? What human rights are you talking about ? The truth is that human rights in Russia is a joke that stopped being funny a long time ago but the West keeps telling and pretending to laugh at. UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights ? The European Convention for Human Rights ? This means nothing to the Kremlin and has never meant in any time. There hasn’t never been human rights in Russia, not now, not in the Soviet Union, not in the times of the czar, probably not even better than the times of Kievan Rus’ (medieval Russia).

  8. I really do not understand why the thought of gay marriage is so scary to people, it threatens no one and only really involves those directly involved. And as said Russia is not exactly the centre for moral actions.

And the biggest thing that makes me laugh with all this homophobic posturing is that I bet almost all the men involved are happy watching a couple of women of women go for it in a porn irrelevant of the cash inflow. Silly people

    1. The problem is that this is not even about the issue of same-sex marriage. The law pretty much will make any LGBT public activity illegal, since pretty much anything can be defined as “propaganda of sodomy, etc.” That’s the real problem.

      1. Maybe things have gotten worse in Russia since the Orthodox Church has been re-activated, although Stalin did condemn homosexuality, didn’t he.

  9. Those bloody backward eastern Europeans. I bet you anything the Russian orthodox cult is playing a big role in this.

  10. Paddyswurds 14 Nov 2011, 5:37pm

Russia is headed rapidly toward totalitarianism, especially with the mooted reelection of the vile Putin as president and it is one of the most corrupt states on the planet. It makes places like Nigeria and Malawi look positively heaven.

    1. Still trying even though everything you’ve done so far is deleted?

Bravo, I admire the way your mental illness overrides the reality of futility.

    2. Jock S. Trap 15 Nov 2011, 8:34am

Your comments are so fake. I don’t believe you think that, you just will say anything to crave the attention.

    3. propagando?

      And what’s an “immortal death”?

FFS, why are they always so bleeding stupid?

      1. Be kind, Rob. Those voices in his head probably confuse him.

  11. What about Christian propaganda? Christians have been infiltrating LGBT parts of the cities around the world and pretending to be LGBT and opening up business that is related to Christians with the idea of “converting gays”, which we all know can not be done since LGBT people are born gay, the way God made them to be, gay. Don’t think they are not using Christians trained in their governments to wage a covert war on LGBT people as well as a open warfare to destroy gays. The Christians are even training their children in guerrilla training. It might look innocent but then look at This is going on around the world, even in the “Army of God” better known as the United States of America Military.

  12. Jock S. Trap 15 Nov 2011, 8:38am

Yeah, Yeah, Yeah… your comments are so fake.

      1. Jock S. Trap 16 Nov 2011, 9:11am

Your too Fake, Keith. Nothing you say can be taken seriously because it’s all just for attention nothing else. They’re not even your opinion. You sad loser!

      2. LOL! Oh, nice try, my retarded sex obsessed friend. To be honest, from what I see of you here, I hardly expect you to be able to type, let alone read.

Oh, and I doubt you do not seek “approval” from the target audience. I’d say approval is foremost on your mind – why else would a sad basket case like you need to go ex-gay conversion?

No, back to 2nd grade read and write, thicko, you might just elevate yourself to cave wall scratchings.

      3. He’s was obviously drunk. It explains a lot. Seems the gay conversion to “straight” has its side effects :)
