  1. Will someone please explain the term gay rights to me. What rights do ‘gays’ have that non gays do not or cica vera. Take for instance marriage. The rules are the same for everyone whatever orientation. It is illegal (in the Uk) to marry a person of the same sex whatever your orientation. This means that both heterosexuals and homosexuals are barred fromn same sex marriage.. Tjhe law is therefore equal for both parties.

    1. Blah Blah Blah Blah….move on there and take your hatred elsewhere Keith. If you sincerely want to be informed on the subject I suggest you go and read a book. Numpty!

    2. stop asking silly questions, this is not an information bureau, and go read a book on the subject (if you can read

  2. Heartfelt sympathy to Axel’s family, loved ones and friends.

    Heartfelt gratitude to Axel Axgil.

  3. Keith, heterosexuals are also barred from forming a civil partnership if they choose not to marry and gays can’t marry. How can you say the law is equal?

    1. It is equal because civill partnership is allowed amongst heterosexuals. If for instance a heterosexual male seeks a civil partnership with another heterosexual male, it cannot be denied on the grounds that they are heterosexual. Indeed, ones sexuality need not even be divulged when entering a civil partnership. Of course, homosexuals will benefit more from the arrangement since heterosexuals usually prefer to marry the opposite sex, however, they are still free to avail themselves of the civil partnership under the SAME (not different) rules as homosexuals.
It is not a question of gay rights since there are no separate rights for gays. It is gay accomodation, creating laws that will benefit gays more than heteros.
It is no different to the smoking ban which applies to all without discrimination yet accomodates and protects the non smokers whilst (rightly) annoying the self harming smokers that selfishly pollute the airspace of non smokers. Shame exhaust fumes aren’t banned too!

  4. RIP Axel
    AUM Shanti

  5. What a lovely old man, and what a demonstration of commitment in all areas of his life.

Unfortunately he passed away just as Denmark is on the threshold of full equality. To think where we might NOT be were it not for the vision and struggles of this early pioneer. To my mind he will go down in history as a pioneer for civil rights everywhere.

    1. “To my mind he will go down in history as a pioneer for civil rights everywhere.”

Despite that fact that you only just heard about him. Save your tears for those that don’t promote behaviour that causes death and misery.

      1. Better reel that internalised homophobia in Keith….your Homosexuality is beginning to show baby.

        1. I am also incestophobic, bestophobic. pedophobic and scatophobic.
To my mind, phobic is the new moral.
You go on in wallowing in the mire of your disease and death dealing disgusting perversions. As I understand your peoples (LBTG) ethics, any consensual act between consenting adults hthat does not harm a third party is a moral act. Therefore, scat (eating each others faecse) consensual male incest and all manner of disgusting practice are all moral by yopur standards. Instinctively, your CONSCIENCE should tell you that these are wrong and immoral… but it does not since it has never been trained from birth

          1. you seem rather obsessed with anything gay Keith, wonder why?
Find a good man and settle down, make sure he’s a top though, you need the attention back there;-P I’d offer my services but I’m married to my husband.
when you do find him take vids so we can watch you beg for it.

@Keith First of all do not presume to know what I have known for a long time. How could you possibly say I never heard of the man? Do you now possess some transatlantic telepathic powers that you can reach into my mind? But then again that statement goes hand in hand with the mindless drivel that you have posted. Second, check your facts before you start spewing out these idiotic remarks. I am sure you can find some hate site on the net somewhere where you would feel right at home.

  7. Keith, you’re an idiot. Heterosexuals in the UK can’t have a civil partnership. the law applies only to gay people. You better get a stronger dose of medication, you’re delusional with some serious issues regarding your sexual orientation. A well adjusted heterosexual wouldn’t be trolling gay sites to vent. Come out of that dark closet you’ve been living in for so long.

What’s so great about heterosexuals anyway with their adultery, philandering, high divorce rate, promiscuity which also cause misery and in some cases death.

    1. You don’t know the law you moron. If two heterosexual males decide to undertake a civil union in the UK, they may do so since civil partnerships are open to all. The equalities act 2005 requires that no service may be denied a person /s on the grounds of sexual orientation. I am sure one of your fellow gays will correct you should you ask but if you wish to look more foolish and ignorant, by all means keep insisting that only those who’s orientation is homosexual are allowed a civil partnership…numpty!

Your words above, NOT mine, You ARE the MORON.

    1. Yes they are my words. What is the problem with them? Surely you are not STILL disagreeing with them and insisting that the law on civil partnerships discriminate against heterosexuals since I have just explained to you that if two heterosexual males wish to join in civil partnership, they cannot be refused under the equalities act 2005. Are you hard of understanding?

“Possibly the ugliest and most abhorrent of all sins is envy – to be vexed at seeing other people being happy.” – The Dutch Catechism, 1967

I strongly suspect that that is your besetting sin, Keith.

He will now join his partner may they both have joyful peace. What a great record!
    Many thanks both of you

  10. A fine man. What an inspiration to make the world a better place for others.

    1. Exactly…

It is sad to read of Axel’s passing. It is also sad that he passed on just as the Danish government are taking about upgrading civil unions to full marriages so he did not quite live to see the full fulfilment of his dream.

That’s a good, long life this wonderful man lived. It seems so incredible for somebody to have started gay rights groups so long ago in such a hostile environment.

  13. Regarding our misguided brother Keith..The main characteristic of a sociopath is a disregard for the rights of others. Sociopaths are also unable to conform to what society defines as a normal personality. Antisocial tendencies are a big part of the sociopath’s personality. This pattern usually comes into evidence around the age of 15. If it is not treated, it can develop into adulthood.
