What’s that? Not That kind of Gay you say…oh, my mistake, oh look at that pic, he’s completely naked, disgusting. I have to pop out for an hour or so…
    -
What a bloody hypocrite. Funny part is had he was honest about himself all along he probably would have had a bump ride (forgive the pun) but not had to resign.

    Such an idiot.

    1. Having seen the pic, it has nothing to do with weight loss. In that angle, if you had shone a torch at him, his eyes would have lit up.

I bet Chris Bryant’s kickin himself he didn’t think of this excuse when they found his Gaydar pics…lol
Then at least he was out and at least he didn’t pander to the anti-Gay lot.

the standard fare. the louder they complain about gays, the more certain that they are secretly looking for another mans member.

here’s the website where the TOP 15 homophobes in the USA who have been outed are listed. George Rekers, the first one is the founder of the hate group FRC and was head of the socalled National Organization for the research and treatment of homosexuality

the big deal is that the boy he rented from rentboy.com – if you go to their website you’ll see it costs about $15000 for a male “escort” for a two week vacation.

      Capitalism at its finest.

      (its now TOP 15)

  2. The greatest enemy the LGBT community faces is clearly organised religion.

But we must also remember that closeted LGBT people are hateful cowards who will throw their own community under the bus when it is convenient.

Closet cases can never be trusted.

    1. Staying in the closet because you have a legitimate fear for your safety and wellbeing is one thing (and sadly, still true for people in the largely secular UK). Staying in the closet, marrying a beard and then getting your jollies off the forbidden by going on Grindr or Craigslist or adopting “wide stances” in the men’s room is entirely another. Not all closets are created equal.

      1. I would argue that the only people with legitimate fears for their safety and wellbeing by being out of the closet are teenagers who are financially reliant on their families.

Any adult with an ability to earn a living on their own has absolutely no excuse (except for cowardice or fear) to be in the closet.

        1. and you believe that applies around the world, even in countries where being gay is against the law or punishable by death?

        2. Staircase2 31 Aug 2011, 3:36am

          @ Steve – not true…

    2. billywingart 7 Sep 2011, 7:09am

In a sense the closeted haters – I feel sorry for them, but at the same time see them as “Kapos”

The term for Jews and some others who worked for AH’s maniacs in the death camps – until it was their turn.

      Most were common criminals.

  3. What a surprise, another right wing anti-gay politician caught with his pants down (literally in the “come and get it boys” pose). There is a stereotype that those who seek to discriminate against GLBTQ people have something to hide – and that stereotype is perpetuated as there is often truth to it. Not being able to come out is one thing, working actively against his community is entirely another.

  4. Erm, that picture could be useful to his proctologist but not that great for documenting weightloss.

    1. ha, ha, ha… good one.

    2. Jock S. Trap 30 Aug 2011, 2:34pm

      Prehaps he was 70stone?

    3. If I was inclined to play devil’s advocate, at a stretch he might have chosen that pose to show his digestive tract if he was going the Gillian McKeith route to weightloss.
Can’t remember Ms. McKeith suggesting posting it on grindr though.

  5. HA HA HA.

Although it is sad that those that fight to rob of us of our human rights are one of us.

    1. billywingart 7 Sep 2011, 7:12am

I’m reminded of Benedict arnold – who was a spy for the English during the USA war of independence (I may have that one backwards)

the term ” A Benedict arnold” is part of the American English language now

  6. Does anyone else share my feeling that when hypocritical and closeted public figures get caught out, it’s often doing something pretty wild – orgies, rent-boys and rude photos on the Web? Not just the paparazzi filming them visiting the secret boy/girlfriend? It makes us out and positive gays seem quite safe and respectable!!

    1. Does it or does it just reinforce old stereotypes and make people think that all gay people are like this?

  7. Sister Mary Clarence 30 Aug 2011, 12:57pm

Bloody typical. When I tried to post explicit pictures on Grindr, all my best bits, well my best it, got censored.

  8. Weight loss? I thought cum was full of protein.

  9. Hmmm…I wonder if all closeted anti-gay politicians have pixelated asses like Senator Arango’s.

    http://queeriouslife.files.wordpress.com/2011/08/robertoarango02.jpg

    1. ‘It’ must have been in tatters. Best to pixellate it so as not to scare the horses….or any virgins amongst us.

    2. I’m not doing that, I might catch Tetrus ;)

  10. Gay Daily Mail Reader 30 Aug 2011, 1:28pm

Another one bites the dust! For goodness sake if you are gay come out instead of hiding behind a veil of false homophobia. As for the weight loss business I suggest that Roberto Arango posts his picture on a chubby chasers site!

    1. Scruff might have been a wiser choice!

  11. Bloody typical. It’s almost always a right wing conservative caught with his trousers down. It makes one wonder why we’re hearing anti-gay comments and slurs coming from some of our own Tories, the ones who protest too much variety.

  12. Art Pearson 30 Aug 2011, 4:33pm

And just who does the Senator think he’s kidding? Maybe himself more than anyone eh.

  13. YES, HE AND SENATOR PHILIP HINKLE NEEDS TO RESIGN, ANOTHER BIGGOTED HIPPOCSRITE WHO HAS HURT MANY IN MANY WAYS ALL TO FIND OUT THE SAME WICKED RACISTS ARE GOING ON SECRET ADDS SOLICITYING UNDER AGE BOYS FOR SEX IN PHOTOS AND IN HOTELS, THESE HETRO, WITH WIFES, YOU DONT HAVE A RIGHT TO ABUSE OTHERS , AND TO TOP IT OFF BE AND ABUSER OF GAY PEOPLE AND SECRETLY TRYING TO SEXUALLY ASSAULT AND SOLICIT THEM, HISTORY REPEATS ITSELF YET AGAIN WE NEED HONORABLE SENATORS THAT SIMPLY CARE FOR EVERYONES FAMILIES AND ACTS OUT OF HUMANITY, AND GOODWILL, NOT TERRORIST

    1. Staircase2 31 Aug 2011, 3:38am

Could you please stop typing with large case all the time? its like shouting – its rude and really hard to read

  14. Another bigot caught red cheeked and red faced.

  15. Poor baby.
