Sadly for South Africa it will take decades for the scars of apartheid to heal – it took over a centuary for blacks in America to achieve equality following the abolision of slavery in 1865. Likewise it will take time for all the different communities in South Africa to accept homosexuality. While the law now gives gays full rights including marriage, you cannot legislate against bigotry and unfortunately there are people who are still set in their old ways.

Justice for Nixolo…May it be so
“EPOC is determined to get to the bottom of the Noxola case and push for justice. It was definitely a hate crime.”
Good move, and a very good example to others.
Gay Rights are Human Rights.
