Well, like it or not, there is some truth in his statement regarding CPs and marriage. CPs are not marriages and therefore not equal according to the Marriage Causation Act. They’re not even recognised as such under that law and never will be. Either eway, the man is very bigoted and you can bet his beliefs all stem from religion, the mother of all bigotry.
His inference that marriage is by nature between a man and woman is so absurd. There is nothing natural about marriage. It has existed in variouis forms long before the bigoted abrahamic cults came along and changed it. Marriage is a synthetic invention created by men and changed by men for millenia, nothing natural or supernatural about that. I’d NEVER seen the word “marriage” mentioned in the old testament.
