    1. there are two in the High Court and one in the Court of Appeal, Robert – all open and out – and I assume several in the lower courts

    2. In the Court of Appeal, Lord Justice Atheron. In the High Court, Mr Justice Wood and Mr Justice Fulford. I do not know about the lower branches.

      1. it is Etherton – the court of appeal judge – reported here at the time of his appointment, openly gay since on the high court bench. Available on Google!
