Tyler Perry is the cover star of Ebony MagazineTyler Perry, the Hollywood actor, writer and producer has ended years of speculation over his sexuality with a reference to a pregnancy scare with an unnamed female partner.
Perry, the writer and star of the popular Madea franchise of films, who was ranked by Forbes magazine and the sixth highest paid man in Hollywood spoke to Ebony magazine.
He told the magazine: “Now, I got overwhelmed when I first got a dog because I knew I was responsible for this living creature. So think how I reacted to the thought of having a child.”
He added: “She’s really, really special. It’s the longest relationship I’ve been in.”
