  1. More consultations required…same old.

Yet again Republicans show utter contempt for those it seeks to protect them and their country.
And all it took was 62 signatures?

  3. Is that the quickest u-turn yet?

      Quite possibly.
It take me longer to think which packet of Hobnobs to get.

      1. How can you tell you made the right choice of Hobnobs?… it might be more prudent to have further consultations before committing yourself..

I used to be indecisive but now I’m just not sure.

      2. Chocolate coated hob nobs every time!!

This US Navy decision is astoundingly shameful – it sounds like the initial policy and advice of counsel was both legal and made true sense in terms of equality

Do the US government and their institutions not realise that they will continue to be viewed as anachronistic and out of touch if they continue to back track and delay the inevitable …

  4. The bumper sticker slogan says, “marriage is between one man and one woman”…
it is not possible to make changes to bumper sticker slogans.

    1. Strange that it doesn’t continue to say “… at a time”, isn’t it? I mean, how many wives has, say, Donald Trump had?

      1. Absolutely Rehan! …the sheer sanctity of it all.
“Marriage is between one man and one woman at a time” (may be repeated as often as desired or required…conditions apply)

  5. Lets hope the Tories don’t follow suit or support a ban on our own gay people marrying in their own country once the “consultation” process is concluded. I’ve no doubt the so called “christian” mothers union will be campaigning against marriage equality too with the help of the Daily Mail and its yellow “journalists”.

These mothers forget that LGBT people all have mothers too and what mothers doesn’t want the best for their child, however old they are?
What mother doesn’t want to see their son or daughter settle down with the person they love?
So why would those mothers not support seeing their son or daughter being settled and married?
A lot of these groups need to think about their actions instead of thinking having a LGBT son or daughter wouldn’t happen to them.
