It seems the Republican Party are usually the ones who start wars and a great believer in trying to make the world see them flex there muscles.
It’s just a shame they are also the most disrespectful Party who have no regard for those they expect to do the muscle flexing.
If it happens they be the usual 10 – 20 years behind a lot of others.
A same sex couple that I know of in the Royal Navy have enjoyed the same rights as their duo sex colleagues for years.
True, the US forces seem to be surprisingly unaware of their Western European counterparts’ rights in such matters. Still, better late than never, I suppose.

Apart from anything else, straight servicepeople will have their awareness hugely raised by seeing colleagues just like them plighting their troth to someone of the same sex.

it is a sexual preference, not an ethnicity, why open that can of worms? a lot of dif sexual preferences out there.
