    Well done.

The UK is falling behind. Time to change that.

  2. Jock, why is the UK falling behind? We’re almost at the consultation level for full marriage equality, the U.S. isn’t. Only five states and the District of Columbia allow it but…..in those states and district, none of the gay couples who marry will receive any of the 1000+ benefits that come through marriage, so in fact their marriages are limited quite substantially. Ours won’t be once its passed.

Thats true Robert my comment was more sarcasm towards the UK government. Although we wouldn’t be having this consultation under the last government so I do appreciate we are going places as far as marriage equality goes. Just not fast enough. Just me being greedy.

      :)
