  1. It’s always London men warned on these things. I don’t wish to pass judgement but something truly messed up must be happening there for it to never be anywhere else warned.

    1. Jock S. Trap 15 Apr 2011, 4:33pm

The article said “Infections have also been seen in Manchester and Brighton.”

People don’t need judgement just the facts and info.

      1. That’s mY point tho should of been clearer lol. This affects everywhere yet consistently in articles as headlines and what not you se londoners singled out. It be mighty strange lol

        1. Jock S. Trap 16 Apr 2011, 8:59am

          Your right, fair enough Adam88.

    2. I do judge! Idiots deserves suffering!

      1. “I do judge! Idiots deserves suffering!”

So, how do you suffer, Rich?

  2. To be fair, if you have unprotected sex then you deserve everything you get. If you’re that disgusting to have sex without a condom and have such little respect for your body then I have no sympathy for you. What a shame NHS money has to be wasted on people who don’t deserve it.

    1. Jock S. Trap 15 Apr 2011, 4:37pm

Thats no fair. People don’t think. Plus people don’t think it’ll happen to them. People will always take risks same with smoking and drinking.

Nobody deserves illness, people just need the facts.

As for your last comment, clearly thinking like that you are the disgusting one with little regard for human life. What makes you think you deserve it. Surely if your saying ignorance they clearly includes you.

Thank Gaga people like you aren’t in charge.

    2. I hope you are never injured in a car crash, Gerry. After all, you know the risk when you get into the car but still expect NHS resources to pay for you to be fixed up… or maybe you oughtn’t be so judgmental?

  3. Can ‘straight’ men catch this too, or is it just London ‘gay’ men who have been warned? And for the record, is fisting (fisting, fisting, fisting) that common that Ben Tunstall from THT must warn us all to wear latex gloves? Me thinks not. And don’t forget to not share your dildo with your friends, without washing first! Oh Please.

  4. Jock S. Trap 15 Apr 2011, 4:32pm

Flood bars and clubs with posters and info. Put ads in papers and magazine.

Lets get that message out there.

    1. Bars are dark and people drunk. They won’t stop to look at posters they just look to score.

It’s a sad fact of society.

      1. Nothing sad. Let idiots go forward, man!

      2. Jock S. Trap 16 Apr 2011, 9:01am

I know, plus with the presences THT make around bars and clubs to help get the message visibly out there too… what next? People still aren’t listening.

However plenty hopefully will and protect themselves.

  5. Yes, what about straight males engaging in unprotected sex? Does the Health Protection Agency not realise that they too could be at risk? Or do they not succomb to any STD because of their orientation? Are they not aware that they also engage in anal sex, single or married?

This is just one more piece of ammunition that the religious nutters will use against us.

I often wonder if the straight population were the high risk group, just what the public reaction would be. I doubt if their sexual orientation would be demonised for starters indeed not by the religious cults.

    1. Jock S. Trap 15 Apr 2011, 4:41pm

Excellent point. There always seems to be too much blame and not enough sorting out the problem.

    2. The point is not sexual orientation but the probability of sex acts where you can catch those Chlamydia:

Chlamydia live in the bowels, so you can catch them through unprotected sex involving the anus (no matter if oral, penetration or sex toys) but not through unprotected sex involving the vagina – so most of heterosexual sex is no problem.

And as those Chlamydia of the ugly type are exist mainly among gays, the chances are much higher, that they are caught through anal sex with a gay man than through anal sex with a straight woman, who would only have caught them through active oral-anal sex with a gay or bi partner – might happen, but is rather rare.

      1. Jock S. Trap 16 Apr 2011, 9:09am

        Totally wrong misguided information.

Chlamydia affects everyone, Gay or Straight among men and women respectively. It is a serious probelm in the heterosexual community as numbers have continued to rise. The difference now is that before it was more females that had it than males and now that has equalled.

This agressive strain is so far affecting more Gay men but don’t go down that route of both giving wrong info and separating community into who get it and who doesn’t

Fact – Chlamydia in general affect Everyone. This strain is relatively new so it is naive to pass judgement yet.

      2. That is the stupidest thing I have heard Methodist.

Chlamydia is a common sexually transmitted disease caused by the bacterium, Chlamydia trachomatis, which can damage a woman’s reproductive organs. Its is not a bacteria of the bowels, the infection can be passed through vaginal, anal, or oral sex.

How do people like you sleep at night saying stupid things in public.

Really, its embarrassing listening to you. Read a book for the love of god.

        1. Jock S. Trap 16 Apr 2011, 11:01am

          Spanner, take note.

The correct information can be put out there but some idiots will change that information to suit themselves making themselves immune. Then lets talk again about blood donation…

      3. Paddyswurds 16 Apr 2011, 10:21pm

……..”And as those Chlamydia of the ugly type are exist mainly among gays, the chances are much higher, that they are caught through anal sex with a gay man”
There is no evidence that this is the case as chlamydia is an bacterial infection found in all species and all sex’s.
your assertion that chlamydia resides in the bowel is wholly false and probably and indication of your homophobia. Chlamydia is essentially a bacterial infection of moist mucus membrane and while it can be spread by anal sex , anal sex in itself is not primary source of infection as the chlamyd infection is usually destroyed by the high acid conditions of the large intestine and bowel. That is not to say however that this is impossible. Your assertion that it cannot be caught by Vaginal sex is completely wrong and chlamydia is a huge problem for women and pregnant women in particular as it can infect the unborn baby as the neck of the womb is particularly prone.

  6. Been there, done that – about 2 years ago, no less.

My consultant said the symptoms are almost exactly the same as Crohn’s – bloody horrible but sorted with the antibiotics, but not before having a colonoscopy to check it was Crohn’s. Now *that* was unpleasant.

    1. And it was contracted in London

  7. Good news! Allah! Thank You!

    1. Allah? LOL! Yeah, great comment there. Maybe you can get the paedophile “prophet” to offer a few words here on how to screw 9 year old girls?

      1. Allah doesn’t agreed with western definition of paedophilia. Not yet… :)

        1. Yeah, he just like bombs in planes apparently. Why not hurry along your demise to those “virgins in the sky” and quit boring us with your nonsense. People with no schooling like you are deeply offensive to those like me who laugh at you.

          I’m laughing at you now.

Maybe you can get Allah to send a plane? Or maybe not! LOL!

          1. It is nowhere in Koran, or ever did Mohamed stated, peace be upon him, that all those virgins in heaven are female, So there is still hope for us. Love has no gender.

          2. Allah likes and dislikes many things and persons…. But one thing for sure: He dislikes you for your immorality.

          3. Jock S. Trap 16 Apr 2011, 4:35pm

OK thanks for dropping by, don’t let the door hit you on the way… Oops too late.

  8. Now UK gays marked by bleedings and discharges from their rectums, and painful anal abscesses…

    Tha’t really filthy!……………….

    1. That sentence doesn’t make any sense. What do all you bigots share an acute lack of intelligence and edcuation as a common trait?

      1. You are stupid, and this is why you don’t see the filth in bloody discharges from UK gay rectums… Poor idiot…, – that’s all. :)

        1. Well, Rich, you are stupid, and this is why you don’t see the filth in bloody discharges from UK bigots mouths… Poor idiot that’s all.

          1. Jock S. Trap 16 Apr 2011, 11:05am

Rich chooses his religious, bigotted lifestyle, over how people are born.

There ain’t nothing we can do. His hate is with him, his stupidity, his ignorance will be his undoing.

          2. Tony, I never have been stupid. You are wrong, guy. I am religous as much as many other intelligent men in the world. The fact that you doesn’t understand that indicates that you are stupid. That’s obvious.

          3. I’m sorry Rich, are your comments supposed to be taken seriously? You sound like you have some learning issues, didn’t you go to school with the other children, or where your parents too poor? Religion is a poor substitute for edcuation, as clearly seem by your scratchings in this site. But thanks for trying, anyway.

  9. You can’t get STD. You take them. Love yourself people and protect your family.

    1. Most gays are stupid and that’s why they gets STD.

      1. Tut tut, you’re not gonna get laid with that attitude, safe or otherwise.

      2. Clearly not as stupid as you…. at least we can write.

        How embarrassing.

      3. @ Rich Did you specifically come on this site to enlighten us with that view or are you bored in the closet and just shooting the breeze?

        1. You’re dead right! :)

  10. Obviously there are certain precautions that can be taken for gay anal sex but what about gay scat community? Is there any risk from scat play and what precautions can be taken?

  11. David Skinner 23 Apr 2011, 7:20pm

Condoms are not 100% proof against sexually transmitted diseases. Neither can a condom stop the mind and heart being diseased.

Listen, only your best friend dares to tell you unpalatable truths .

Believe it or not this is a love letter from God.

    Romans 1:8 ff

For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness,  because what may be known of God is manifest in them, for God has shown it to them.  For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse,  because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened.  Professing to be wise, they became fools,  and changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like corruptible man—and birds and fou

and four-footed animals and creeping things.
Therefore God also gave them up to uncleanness, in the lusts of their hearts, to dishonour their bodies among themselves,  who exchanged the truth of God for the lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.
For this reason God gave them up to vile passions. For even their women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature.  Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due. ( Sexually transmitted diseases and mental and emotional disorders).
And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting; being filled with all unrighteousness, sexual immorality, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, ev

-mindedness; they are whisperers,  backbiters, haters of God, violent, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, undiscerning, untrustworthy, unloving, unforgiving, unmerciful;  who, knowing the righteous judgment of God, that those who practice such things are deserving of death, not only do the same but also approve of those who practice them.

    2 Peter 3:9
The Lord is not slow to fulfil his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance.

Always using the condom can save from getting Chlamydia. Men you make sure you choose to have sex choose to have safe sex! In case you have the disease, look for professional help And keep using condom to avoid the possibilities to even get worse diseases!
