If they are true, then I suspect there will be lots of damages awarded against Marc Jacobs (and possibly the company) and an opportunity for prejudiced people to say “look thats what gays do …” – er no, thats what one individual is alleged to have done …

No idea if any of this is true, but two items stand out as, um, outstanding:
1. Not that gay porn was on display but that he was required to watch it.
2. Not that a smutty book of MJI staff was produced but that the content existed at all.
It’s a miracle they ever got any work done what with all that porn watching and, apparently, producing.
“Mr Lataillade has worked for LVHM for 14 years” and now he decides to sue? Sounds a bit odd.
